The tour was excellent, we were informed from the beginning that the stadiums were not being visited by renovations. We were picked up at the hotel in time. The contrast between the two neighborhoods and the stadium visit was great.

The tour included the visit to the two stadiums, and on the same day of the tour we were informed that such a visit would not be possible due to policies of the managers of those stages. I find it irresponsible because when I selected the tour, one of the elements to take it was precisely the visit to the stadiums.
Buenas tardes German gracias por su tiempo y sus comentarios. Lamentamos su insatisfaccion. Pero tal cual le hemos informado por mensajeria de VIATOR, antes del inicio de su tour, al momento que el CLUB RIVER PLATE, nos informo a nosotros que las visitas al estadio se suspenderian durante 90 dias por las obras de construccion que se encuentran realizando al estadio. Esto se comunico y confirmo 24hs de la fecha de su tour. No fue una decision nuestra, sino una decision del CLUB. Tambien se lo informo su guia y tambien lo habra visto en los letreros del club, al visitarlo. En cuanto a BOCA, esta indicado en el tour y en sus especificaciones que no se visita el estadio, esto es desde hace ya tiempo, desde la pandemia del COVID 19. Nadie le informo que se visitaria el estadio y como habra visto ninguna empresa ni persona puede visitarlos por dentro ya que tanto en BOCA JUNIORS como en RIVER PLATE son decisiones de los clubes de las cuales no tenemos ninguna injerencia. Por otro lado les hemos brindado todos los servicios contratados hasta con upgrade sin cargo, a saber: traslados ida y vuelta a su hotel en privado en lugar de regular ( sin cargo adicional). Guia privado ( Sin cargo adicional) Almuerzo privado Hemos cumplido con los horarios de busqueda, las visitas guiadas a ambos Museos, las comidas y el guia. Como sabra despues de 2 años de Pandemia y de no haber podido trabajar ni desempeñar nuestras actividades, sus palabras y comentarios nos perjudican enormemente ya que de nuestra parte siempre le hemos informado acerca del hotel y de sus modificaciones. Hemos brindado todas nuestras herramientas y personal humano para que puedan disfrutar del tour y de la experiencia. Esperamos pueda comprender y entender que lo que ud plantea no es totalemente cierto, ya que le hemos informado previamente de las restricciones de visita al estadio y las ha visto en persona, que no eran decisiones nuestras. Probably the highlight of my trip to South America. Matias was very passionate about football and knew all the answers to all the questions I had. He was an excellent guide and made it very enjoyable. Both River and Boca are must see places and this is the perfect way to see both of them, right after each other. Could not recommend Matias and this tour enough. Very good !
