Itinerary
Upon arrival, you have around 3 hours of free time to discover the island at your own pace: ✦ Architectural Landmarks: Walk the waterfront to see the Symi Clock Tower and the "Peace" statues of the sponge divers. ✦ Local Culture: Visit the famous Sponge Workshops to learn about Symi's deep-sea diving history and buy authentic sea sponges. ✦ Gastronomy: We highly recommend trying the famous "Symi Shrimp" (Simiako Garidaki) at a seaside taverna. These tiny, crispy shrimp are a local delicacy eaten whole. ✦ The Upper Town (Chorio): If you’re feeling active, climb the Kali Strata (500 stone steps) to reach the upper village for the best panoramic view in the Dodecanese.
On the way to Symi, we visit the legendary St. George’s Bay. This secluded paradise is famous for its 300-meter vertical cliffs that shield the turquoise waters from the wind. ✦ What to do: We drop anchor, allowing you to jump directly from the boat into the crystal-clear sea. ✦ Snorkeling: The water is incredibly transparent, making it the premier spot for snorkeling and underwater photography. ✦ We provide complimentary snorkeling gear and floating noodles so you can explore the underwater beauty.

Pickup Locations & Times
We offer pick-ups from all the hotels in Rhodes island. Transfer service is available for a small additional supplement, which depends on how far is located your hotel (visible during checkout). It includes both ways: pick-up from your hotel, and after the trip drop off back. When booking select an option that covers the area where is located your hotel. For example: if you stay in Faliraki, select option "Pickup: Faliraki, Ialyssos". ❓ What if my hotel isn't on the list? Don't worry! We pick up from almost everywhere in Rhodes. If you don't see your hotel in the dropdown menu, you have two easy options: ● During Booking: Simply type your hotel name into the "Special Requirements" field. Once we receive your booking, we will manually confirm your exact pick-up time and location. ● Contact Us Directly: Send us a quick message with your hotel name, and we will let you know the closest meeting point and pick up time within 24 hours. ❓ Arriving on Your Own? (Parking & Tips) If you are staying in Rhodes Town or have a rental car, you can meet us directly at our office at 09:15-09:30 AM. ● Important Note on Parking: Please be aware that parking in Rhodes Town near the harbor can be very challenging, especially during the summer months. ● The "1-Hour Rule": If you choose to drive, we strongly recommend arriving at least one hour early to search for a parking space. ● Paid Parking: Most spots near the port are paid zones and fill up quickly. ● Our Recommendation: To avoid the "parking headache" and ensure a stress-free start to your holiday, we highly recommend booking a transfer with us. Let us handle the driving and drop you off right at the check-in point!

We had a wonderful day trip to Symi with the 60-minute swimming stop. The island is absolutely beautiful, the swimming location was stunning, and the crew was friendly and well-organized. Everything ran smoothly, making it a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. We were advised to board early (45 minutes before departure) to secure nice spots on the boat. The only disappointment was that the tour description stated that snorkeling equipment was included, but there was no snorkeling gear available on board the Zeus D. If you’re looking forward to snorkeling, I would recommend bringing your own equipment just in case. Apart from that, the trip was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. A great way to spend the day!
The trip was cancelled due to engine failure, but we weren’t advised until we had arrived to collect our tkt. George did offer a different trip without a stop at St George’s bay but this was 4 hours later then scheduled.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin. We booked this trip mainly because of this provider, as the reviews were excellent and so many people seemed to recommend it. Unfortunately, after yesterday’s experience, we can say that those reviews do not reflect reality. Let’s start with what happened before the trip even began. According to the booking information, the boat was supposed to leave at 10:00 a.m. We specifically chose this departure time because it gave us enough time to get ready in the morning and start the day without stress. The website also stated that each boat journey would take one hour, that we would first visit Symi Island, and afterwards enjoy one hour of swimming at St. George’s Bay. As you can probably guess, none of this turned out to be true. By pure coincidence, we found out the day before that the departure time had been moved forward by almost one and a half hours. Instead of boarding at 9:40 a.m., we suddenly had to be there at 8:20 a.m. The only reason we even found out was because we contacted the company ourselves. Had we not done so, we would probably have missed the trip. When we explained our situation, we were met with absolutely no understanding whatsoever. We explained that there was no public transport available for us at that time, but this was simply ignored. Eventually, through another employee, we had to book an additional shuttle service at our own expense. As a result, we incurred extra costs solely because the provider decided to change the schedule at the last minute. We received no compensation for these additional expenses, although that would normally be expected in such a situation. Instead, we were met with passive-aggressive responses. Very disappointing. As for the trip itself: Once we were on board, we were informed that we would be going to St. George’s Bay first, even though this was not what had been advertised. Instead of having one hour to swim there, we had less than 30 minutes. I had barely entered the water before I had to get out again. The journey to St. George’s Bay took 1 hour and 40 minutes, not the one hour that had been advertised. Once we arrived in Symi, we really enjoyed our time there. However, during both the outbound and return journeys, we had to deal with several extremely rude and disrespectful passengers. They were loud and insulting, yet none of the crew members did anything to address the situation. The return journey from Symi to Rhodes took two hours. I became seasick, which completely ruined the rest of my day, as I was unable to enjoy anything afterwards. Overall, this is a tour and a company that I would definitely not book again. The office staff were friendly before the trip, but apart from that, the customer service was poor. Almost nothing went according to the original plan, the schedule was changed without proper communication, the advertised itinerary was inaccurate, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this tour to anyone.
Had a great day out on the boat! The pickup was on time from the hotel and dropped us to the office which is just a 2 minute walk from the boats. We were taken to St George’s bay first for a swim and then to Symi where we had 3 hours free time. It was a good experience and I do recommend. Think it would be better to go Symi first and then do the swim.
I would just like to say that we came on to the boat and walked right off because it was in complete unacceptable condition. The idea of spending that many hours on something that looked so rusty and broken and like the bottom section of a ship should never be used to transport tourists around. It is extremely misleading that they dont show pictures of the boat. I would recommend nobody book this tour. It is unfortunate that all the options for this day trip seem overcrowded no matter what option you go with. We had 10 tickets booked for our family and unfortunately couldn't get a refund because it was obviously too late. Which is fine. We still preferred not to go on such a boat.
Highly recommend this trip. Easy to book and good value. Clear instructions received the day before via whats app. Collected the boarding cards from the office and a couple of minutes walk down the road to the harbour to board the boat. Took a couple of hours to get to St George's Bay where we stopped for an hours swimming. Regular updates from the crew on amount of time left before we set sail again. Then on to Symi harbour. Had 3 hours in Symi which was just enough time to walk round a few shops, go to the beach for a swim and stop for an ice cream before we boarded the boat again to return back to Rhodes . Would have liked a bit longer on Symi island. It is very beautiful and well worth a visit. A thoroughly enjoyable day.
Went with family. Two groups in ixia and falraki. Hotel pick up both places meant we where on same trip. Swim stop was amazing as was symi. Beautiful lunch and stroll round shops. A big thank you to Agnes from half price yours who kept us right when I messed up the original booking. She sorted everything. . Kept in contact right through. Half price yours I would highly recommend
We had an amazing day on this trip! Pick up time was on time, admission fee was very reasonable for the length of time of the excursion and the experience. The boat was a little dated compared to others we saw, but it had a lovely atmosphere onboard. A lot of people were on the boat but there was plenty of room to sit and move around. All staff, crew and captain were lovely and the captain even jumped in the sea with us. Would 100% go again!
Do not book this trip. The advertised itinerary promised 3 hours on Symi Island and a swim stop at St. George's Bay. Instead, we only got 1.5 hours on the island before being told to return to the boat at 14:00.When we showed up at 14:00, they wouldn't let us board and said it would be another hour. We spent the next 5 hours (from 14:00 to 19:00) stuck at the harbor because the staff kept giving us rolling, hourly updates. While we could technically get off the boat, we were too scared to leave the immediate dock area or actually do anything because we were terrified the boat would suddenly leave without us.To make matters worse, they completely canceled the St. George's Bay swim stop, we didn't leave for home until 19:00, and the staff were incredibly rude throughout the entire ordeal. Absolute waste of a day and money.
Very disappointing experience. We booked the “Symi & St. George Bay” tour for €30 per person because it included a swimming stop at St. George Bay and around 3 hours of free time in Symi. Instead, the swimming stop was cancelled without any notice, and we were given only about 1.5 hours in Symi before being told to return to the boat. After that, we were repeatedly told different departure times (15:00, then 16:00, then 17:00–18:00), leaving everyone waiting for hours in the sun with almost no information. We finally arrived back in Rhodes at around 21:40 instead of 18:30, which completely ruined our last day of our holiday. If the delays were caused by the weather, we completely understand that safety must come first. However, the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled were unacceptable. We were constantly given incorrect information instead of being told honestly what was happening. To make matters worse, after returning to Rhodes I went to the company’s stand to ask about the situation. The employee told me he couldn’t help and asked me to contact his manager on WhatsApp. I did, but I never received any reply. Very poor customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
