We had a great trip to the Blue Mountains with Scott. He tailored the day to our exact interests and personalities. A must do for anyone visiting the area.
Thanks so much, what an amazing day of hiking it was. The Grand Canyon trail, Wentworth Falls and some Aussie food customs too. Really appreciate the kind words, Scott.
My wife and I had a great day in the Blue Mountains with Scott as our host. He took us to areas that a larger tour wouldn't have gone to. His knowledge of the area and Sydney in general was great. I would highly recommend Scott for a great time
Fantastic trip, highly recommend it. Our guide, Dave, was very knowledgeable and set up a great trip for us. He was super flexible, giving us several options. We chose to take a 3-hour hike down into the valley/canyon and experience the forest. We would definitely tour with him again!
Thanks so much for the kind words. Yep dave is great and the Grand Canyon hike is one of our favourites. Safe travels.
We did two tours with yoursydneyguide- Royal National Park and Blue Mountains. Both were fantastic. Scott asked about our interests and adjusted based on our answers. We did shorter hikes in the Royal and a longer, most beautiful hike, in Blue Mountains. Featherdale zoo before the Blue Mountains was also wonderful because we saw the animals up close, and fed some. Scott got us to the zoo before the big buses so it was easy to get close. Scott knew the history, the flora, and fauna. We were extremely happy after each day.
We had an absolutely epic day trip with Charlie. Charlie is easy-going, knowledgeable, and adventurous. He is also funny and talkative. He understood what we wanted to accomplish and tailored our day trip accordingly. He also blended in his recommendations, based on his extensive knowledge of the Blue Mountains.
To appreciate the Blue Mountains, if possible get off the rim and go down into them, the slot canyons. We wouldn’t have known this, hiked where we did w/o Charlie from Get Your Guide. It was a great immersive day rather than seen at a remove. He also added color by adding tidbits about geology, early exploration, flora and fauna. Genial, caring guide and we would happily follow his lead again.
An amazing tour with the most friendly tour guide. Saw some incredible views and sites whilst learning all about the blue mountains. The hikes we went on were spectacular and fitted well with our walking ability. Definitely would recommend to do when you visit Sydney.
Charlie was a fantastic guide, interesting, kind, extremely knowledgeable about the Blue Mountains - the trails, flora and fauna and really tailored our experience to our group. We didn’t want an overly scheduled tourist experience. It was cloudy but we didn't mind - the beauty of being in the clouds was part of the experience. I highly recommend.
Thanks so much Jana, Charlie is a gem and we are so glad you had a great day with him in the Blue Mountains. Safe travels.
We took the all-day private tour of the Blue Mountains with the Scenic World add-on with Scott last month, and it was a fantastic day, with money well spent. Scott was personable and knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to spend the day with. We were a party of 10 and there was something for everyone on the tour. The Blue Mountains are worth taking a day from your stay in Sydney to explore.
We booked a private tour to the Blue Mountains with Your Sydney Guide, and it couldn't have been better. We wanted some challenging hikes that wouldn't be too busy that gave us a sampling of the geographical diversity of the mountains. Your Sydney Guide met these requests perfectly. We even started our hike 2 hours later than usual, at 10AM, to maximize our chances of seeing wildlife at the end of the day, and our adventure ended at a park full of wallabies and kangaroos. Our guide was very knowledgeable and great to talk to about the Blue Mountains and the Aussie culture. It felt more like we were hiking around with an old friend than a hired guide. If you want a Sydney adventure that is tailored to you then you can't go wrong with Your Sydney Guide.
