It’s a great experience for travelling people. The experience was well organized and enjoyable., If you’re travelling during a busy period, allow extra time for check-in and security. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
This was a fantastic day out for all the family from getting on the bus the driver gave us information on the way was very forgiving when we were late back to the bus(sorry)what a fantastic day thank you
The tour decided last minute to combine English and Chinese speaking groups together because they did not have enough people. Although I do not have a problem with combining the driver needs to explain instructions twice and often only in one of the language. The worst part is the itineraries are different so they simply added and subtracted items as they see fit. Even though they tried to replace sites this is not what I signed up and worse of all the prior day confirmation never mentioned anything about the schedule change until I talked to the driver about a specific sites on the list and he said no we are not going there. This is not the drivers fault as he is doing what was told. The tour should have given the options to either cancel due to lack of people or joining what is being offered. Do NOT recommend if you want to know what you signed up for.
A very well organised day with enough time to make the most of everything. Remember to wrap up warm, it’s very chilly up there!
Augustin was very attentive and tried to manage the time to the best of the situation. It was a national holiday, so very crowded at the attractions. A slight irritation because the tour was combined with the Mandarin tour, so we had to listen to a language we didn't understand half the time, but that's not his fault.
Great itinerary to explore Blue Mountatin and Sydney Zoo. Tour guide was very helpful to provide suggestions to see the best of each location. For tourists who prefer to walk short distance to see most of population sightseeing, this trip is relaxing and friendly for legs.
Tour was good but the bus was old n no leg room. I am 5'3" n could not hardly move my legs due to the seat in front so close. Our driver/guide was nice but very hard to understand due to heavy accent.
Augustine was a great guide. Very informative, patient, hospitable, and funny despite a challenge on arranging for late lunch options. Highly recommend to pack a snack/drink to have in case lunch runs late.
The guide, Augustine, spoke constantly but no one could understand him to the point nobody knew where they were going and what they were doing. It was complete chaos at the mountains rushing from one colour cable car to the next with no clear instructions. We felt we didn’t get the most from this experience and missed several features. His driving was erratic, constant on and off the throttle with lots of lane changes and tailgating. I did have a word with him before we headed back but it didn’t make a difference. The tea and coffee was welcome but it would have been better with a clean spoon and sugar without bits of coffee in it. The structure of the trip was fine. The zoo was very nice and the scenery definitely worth seeing. Maybe with a better guide it would be worthwhile. I can also say my views were in line with others on the trip
Great experience. A very complete tour and Agustin was very nice and told very interesting facts about Australia
