Pickup Locations & Times
Dear Guest : We want to provide you with important information about your airport shuttle on the day of your departure. The driver will pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time. We ask that you be ready and have checked out at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time. Please note that the driver will be able to wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed timetable, after which you must withdraw. Pick-up time has been carefully recommended, taking into account experience with traffic and waiting times at the airport. If you wish to modify it, you may do so at your own risk. If you want to change the pick-up time, please inform us as soon as possible by email, indicating the new desired time. We will process your request as quickly as possible, but the change will not be valid until you receive written confirmation. To ensure that we can make adjustments, it is imperative that you inform us before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your service. We recommend that you review the details of your confirmation voucher to verify that the information is correct, including dates, times, pickup location and other important information. If your flight suffers changes, delays or any other eventuality, please inform us by replying to this email. We also suggest you review the policies for more information. We are at your disposal to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

I used STP for round trip airport travel via the luxury van. My arrival flight was delayed about an hour and a half, I reached out via email to inform them and received confirmation that they were tracking my flight and would be there when I landed. Upon arrival I was greeted by Samuel as soon as I excited the airport. Joaquin was my driver and he was extremely nice! The ride to the resort was really pleasant. There was cold water, hand sanitizer and a cold towel provided before we even pulled off. Joaquin also made sure we had the WiFi password and an option for music. My return trip was at 5:15am, Mr. Gomez was at the resort by 5:00 with a smile on to greet us. Again, there was cold water, hand sanitizer and cold towels provided even so early in the morning. Mr. Gomez ensured we had the WiFi password and we had a great conversation during the ride. Overall, I had an exceptional experience with STP! They’ll be my preferred transport provider anytime I’m in Cancun!
