Additional Pick-Up & Participation Information (Important) This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. Pick-up is available from hotels and lodges in Livingstone (Zambia). Guests Staying in Victoria Falls Town (Zimbabwe) Pick-up is provided at the Zimbabwe–Zambia border, on the Zimbabwean side, just after exiting immigration, at the exit gate when heading into Zambia. Guests staying in Victoria Falls Town must arrange their own transfer to the border. Your guide will be waiting at the agreed meeting point with a sign or vehicle identification. Pick-Up Timing Travelers should arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time. Exact pick-up time will be confirmed after booking, depending on your selected option and accommodation location. Early morning departures are required to maximize birding and wildlife viewing. Cross-Border Requirements Travelers must carry a valid passport on the day of the tour. A valid visa or KAZA Univisa is required for entry into Zambia (visa fees are not included). Border processing times may vary and are beyond the operator’s control. Important Notes Guests staying in private residences, Airbnbs, or lodges outside town may be asked to meet at a central location. Late arrivals or missed pick-ups may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund. Please ensure your phone or WhatsApp number is reachable on the day of travel.
