Everyone was very nice and it was great to have a small group so we could hear everything and have things run smoothly.
It's unfortunate we timed our trip near a full moon. Thankfully the tour brought tarps to cover the kayaks so we could still see the glow. Very cool! And a very cool little trip through the mangroves both ways.
I wouldn't recommend the night Kayaking for something who has never done it before. Trying to learn how to kayak in the pitch black dark, while running into trees and running into things in the water that you can't see what they are can be a very scary experience. The tour guides want you to do it on your own without their help which was very frustrating and frightening. Its hard the enjoy the beautiful sky and the amazing peacefulness of the tour when your frightening and frustrated. It was 6 of us on the tour because it was sooo frustrating for us one a pair of my friends actually quit But for a more experienced kayaker this is an amazing excursions. The views are amazing the water actually glows
The guides were funny and very knowledgeable. A little weather hiccup thunder & lightning ⛈ rain storm. But the guides had a plan “B” to make the experience enjoyable and see the bioluminescent plankton.
It was a great experience. A workout for sure but so worth it. The staff was helpful and very informative.
