Ivan is an excellent, personable guide. With is deep knowledge of the region, he customized a tour for us and rented us bicycles and panniers for us as well. Not only did he know the best routes for cycling, but he also took us to some of the best restaurants and hotels in the region. He speaks both English and if you are willing, he will patiently speak Spanish to you as well. On our particular trip, he took his friend Evelio with us and his company also added to the fun. I don't think you can get as authentic an experience than the one provided by Ivan.
