Was nice but did not get the tour that i paid for. Was expensive tour for walikng with no activity that was paid for was seen.

The trip officially started at 11am, because the guide hasn’t planned any except for walking in the city palace gardens, which was absolutely waste of time. Car was officially supposed to stay with us right from 9am but we only got into the car at 12.30pm, we had literally waited at the palace grounds cluelessly for the driver because he was late. The guide hasn’t planned for any of the popular places, after repeatedly asking, she showed us few places, and was repeatedly saying the trip is flexible, we can absolutely spend time doing nothing. After pressuring she took us to city center and again hurried us saying her trip was coming to end and we had to get into the car forgetting our time wasted for more than 3 hours

Ute gave an amazing tour of Vienna. She did a great job of showing every important aspect of Vienna with helpful and interesting commentary throughout the tour. She was very funny and kept my whole family entertained and engaged throughout the day. We were able to skip the long lines at the palaces, and her explanations at each location were relevant and helpful to contextualize the history of Vienna. The van was very clean and spacious as well. I definitely recommend taking this tour with Ute if you want to see the best of Vienna in one day.
