Our guide Jean-Matthieu was excellent he spoke with a passion that really captures your intrigue and takes you back to when everything happened. He was very caring for his guests. I would recommend this tour to friends and family
Stefano was a fantastic and very knowledgeable guide. He navigated us through all of the highlights and was easy to follow.

This experience was so amazing and insightful. Paolo was great - making sure we got headsets and offering all kinds of information throughout the entire tour. We also loved that this was our group of 6 only - made it even more enjoyable!!
Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad Paolo kept things fun and informative, and that the small group made it even better. Hope to see you again for another unforgettable adventure!
I’ve done Viator tours in numerous countries for over a decade and this was the first true disappointment. Our guide was a nice person, but I learned very little about Florence. Most of our three hour tour was spent talking about his own experiences while pointing out landmarks, almost as an aside, with little to no explanation of their cultural or historical significance. In sum, the tour offered nothing that we couldn’t have done ourselves. Given the price, I felt extremely ripped off. After the tour, I went back to check all of my bookings to ensure they were with a different company so that we would not have the same guide. Fortunately, we booked 4 other Viator tours during our time here, which were excellent.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your tour of Florence did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve our services. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We saw so much with our guide, of course David was the highlight! But we saw so much more outside the Accademia also.
Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. We are delighted to hear that you had such a great experience on our tour. We look forward to welcoming you again in Italy or anywhere else you'd like to explore!
Zudi was excellent, very knowledgeable, nice, easy to understand. I wish tour was longer she was that good

The small group walking tour around Florence with Paulo was an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to be alone in our group with our family of 5. Paulo adapted the tour for us and helped us see the Easter celebration of the exploding cart. He was amazingly informative and answerd all questions (even the most random) with tons of knowledge. He was witty and fun. Highly recommend this tour, it made us fall in love with the city and small group tours. It is now a must have for our family traveling anywhere.
Hi Laura! Thanks so much for your review! Paolo will be so happy to hear your kind words and how much your entire family enjoyed the tour! He has such an impressive amount of knowledge and is a natural born story-teller and we're so glad that you got to see that as well! Florence is such a beautiful city, and what better way than to explore it with a phenomenal guide! Thanks again for your review! Please make sure to reach out to us again whenever you are back in Italy or any other destination your family will like to travel! Until then! Sarah
Our guide Corinna was superb as she showed us through Accademia finishing with Michelangelo’s David. We started in the room of rare instruments and saw several pieces (not just violins) created by Stradivarius. After the Accademia, she took us around Florence to see all the important sights before leaving us with several wonderful lunch suggestions. I highly suggest Through Eternity for tours in Florence.
Accademia Gallery, isn't it magnificent? You certainly have a very discerning artistic taste. We are glad you enjoyed your tour in Florence and Corinna's suggestions for restaurants. Have you had a chance to try the Bistecca alla Fiorentina? If not, you are welcome at any time for other artistic and culinary adventures in Florence and Italy. Thank you again for your excellent review Michael. We hope to hear from you soon. Rajae
