A Must Do Activity In Copenhagen

My tour ended up being just the guide Jose and myself, which was fine by me. Jose was excellent - very personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Ride was at a very easy pace in perfect weather. The tip he gave at the end about Torvehallerne (Glass Market), which is just around the corner, was awesome, as the danish open sandwiches at Hallernes Smorrebrod were to die for!

Very worthwhile

Bob our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Copenhagen and crammed a lot of information into a very enjoyable tour. It took me a few minutes to get familiar with the reverse pedal brakes but the bike was comfortable to ride. Seeing the local authority incinerator was the highlight for me, amazing use of sustainable technology.

Well worth it

A fun and interesting 3 hour tour with Jose. We were lucky enough to be the only 2 people on the tour so were able to tailor the trip slightly. Jose was knowledgeable and passionate about Copenhagen and Danish culture.

Operator response

Having a smaller group often allows for a more personal and flexible experience, and we’re glad that worked well for you. We noticed you gave us four stars — if there’s anything we could have done differently to make it a five-star experience, we’d truly appreciate your feedback. We’re always striving to improve and make each Amitylux tour exceptional.

Fantastic intro to Copenhagen

Excellent from start to finish, gave us a great insight to Copenhagen taking us to some beautiful areas that we would not have found ourselves. We could then pick and choose where we wanted to revisit to explore further without wearing our legs out! Jose, our guide, was superb, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions about the history and culture of the city, guaged things to our pace, and took us to a fantastic little bakery for a pitstop. Highly recommended, you should do on your first day if possible, as it helps to understand the city layout.

It’s great to hear you appreciated the relaxed pace and even managed to enjoy a stop at a local bakery. Thank you for recommending us — we’d love to welcome you again for another Amitylux tour in the future.
