1. Wat Rong Khun ( White Temple ) To visit the first highlight of the tour, the White Temple or Wat Rong Khun which is designed by the national artist since 1997. Admire the stunning architecture, sculptures, and wall paintings inside the temple as your guide explains its history. (Admission fee/ticket: 100 THB/person)
2. Wat Rong Sue Ten ( Blue Temple ) Next to the Blue Temple or Wat Rong Sue Ten or another Thai name is called the "Tiger Dance Temple” is the the temple decorated with blue and gold colors on the temple buildings which is built by local artist also inside the Chapel is outstanding Lord’s Buddha surrounding with amazing wall art paintings.
3. Baan Dam ( Black House Museum ) Continue to the Black House - Baan Dam, a house designed in the traditional Lanna style with and home to a variety of antiques, art paintings, and wood carvings in the museum. Moreover, they are quite unique rare items especially about collection of animal skins and surprisingly the modern art paintings of 3D that you will never expect to see in the museum as well. (Admission fee/ticket: 80THB/person)
Enjoy a delicious meal with a stunning view along the Mekong river after lunch continue to visit the viewpoint of the Golden Triangle Learn about the area known as The Golden Triangle history, which served as a major opium-growing region, as you stand at the viewpoint taking in the views of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar.
7. Opium Museum Discover more about the controversial history of opium in the region at the Opium Museum. Finally, relax on the return journey back to Chang Rai. (Admission fee/ticket: 50THB/person)
5. Choui Fong Tea Plantation Explore the beautiful scenic view of Choui Fong Tea Plantation and admire the lush rolling fields of tea leaves, followed by an Oolong tea tasting.
4. The Longneck Karen’ Village Visit a local village that is home to the Karen tribe who were migrated from Myanmar because political situation. To Learn about the cultures and traditions of the local community in the village before heading back to the hotel. (Admission fee/ticket: 300THB/person)

I had doubts about hiring a tour that was only in English, since I do not speak it. We had a guide named Ping who was the best guide I have ever encountered in my life. At all times, he made sure I understood everything. When we were going to a new place, he would send me the translation via WhatsApp so that I was informed at all times. He would give his talk or we would meet at a certain time, and he would translate everything for me. The excursion turned out to be wonderful; everything we saw was spectacular, it is truly worth it.
So happy with experience, well planned out and don’t feel too exhausted after a long day. Our guide Khungap was amazing, super funny and informative, but not overdoing it. Rate him highly! Thanks for a great day & the support getting us to our destinations :)

This is just transportation to all the sites, which was great. Our tour guide lacked sharing meaningful information and several times moved so quickly some of the party members were lost/separated

Great value for money. We chose to pay the admission as we went as we werent sure what we wanted to participate in. The black museum was interesting and the temples were amazing the 7 major sites and lunch is definately a tour i would recommend to others if you are in Chiang Rai for a short time.

This excursion was truly amazing. Being there in person and learning about the country’s history added so much depth and meaning to the experience. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable—he explained everything with clarity, passion, and genuine respect for the culture. I highly recommend this tour with this company! We were a small group of four and had Aday (spelling?) as our guide. I picked this tour because it seemed to have more time at each site when compared to other tours. Aday did a great job explaining each location before giving us free time to look around on our own. You pay for each site separately, so you can sit out of any place you aren't interested in. Aday was willing to answer all questions and pointed out several things around and about the area, adding those personal touches, and I enjoyed his sense of humor and love of Chiang Rai! I thought his English was very good, and I enjoyed doing this tour much more than if I had tried to explore on my own. In regards to Black Dragon Tours, I booked this through Trip Advisor the night before, and I was concerned about my hotel pickup. I emailed the tour company the morning of the tour, and they responded quickly and eased my mind! So to sum up- excellent tour, great price, wonderful guide, and fantastic customer service!

I recommend this tour, my best tour ever in Thailand. they have excellent service espcially comfortable van with plenty of drinkingwater. Also, tour guide was amzaingly provided lots of infomation Mr. Poppy with many stops on tour. I'm so happy to choose this tour.
