Pat was an excellent tour guide.
My Viator tour of Niagara Falls was truly one of the highlights of my entire visit! The convenience started right away with a prompt pick-up directly from my hotel. We were on Bus #31 with our fantastic driver and guide, Pat R. It was a perfectly sized small group of just 12 people, and the vehicle had great air conditioning, which made the ride very comfortable. Our first stop was the Maid of the Mist. Because we were on this tour, we got to skip the line as a group! Experiencing the falls from so incredibly close was amazing, and the iconic blue rain ponchos they handed out managed to keep us at least a little dry. Throughout the day, Pat shared his extensive knowledge of the area, making the trip just as informative and interesting as it was scenic. The next major highlight was the Cave of the Winds. We donned our yellow ponchos and walked right up close to the roaring waterfall—it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The small group dynamic was wonderful, and I even made some great friends along the way. Overall, a very pleasant and highly recommended experience!

Had an amazing day with Randy as our guide. The falls were, of course, beautiful, and the extra stops were well worth the little extra cost. Randy was delightful. Very friendly and super knowledgeable about the area and clearly loves sharing what he knows about the attractions and the surrounding area. He even provided a long list of other things we could do and places to see beyond where the tour took us. 1000% recommend taking this tour (and requesting Randy).

Our experience on this tour was great! The tour guide was fun and a little goofy. The price was reasonable for what we received! The tour was about 4-4 1/2 hours long with a nice little break for a snack at a little Italian bakery!! So yummy! It was so nice to not have to drive and find parking! And we likely would not have done the walk to see the falls close up and that was a highlight for us all! ! It was wonderful experience for my family! The size of the group was perfect! Say to hear and stay with the whole way!& We all loved it! Nice job, Jeff! JPT!!! PS- our daughter felt better later that evening! Thanks for accommodating her!
