Zoo and aquarium were better than expected. Caves were interesting too, but a lot of steps. Be prepared.
The Crystal caves were really amazing. We thought the aquarium and zoo were average. Our driver Dean who took us there was fabulous, knowledgeable and helpful.
Very nicely done good conversation and quick trips to each location
The crystal caves was excellent and the guide was very informative. The aquarium was nice but the zoo was a bit underwhelming
Dean was a terrific guide and driver. He even made a couple of quick stops over and above our destinations.
Calvin was a wonderful tour guide! He was very friendly and was so knowledgeable of the island having lived there most of his life. He stopped at some beautiful must see spots to make sure we got to see all of the beautiful parts of Bermuda. The one downfall was that the tour company had not checked on the hours for the aquarium and so with all the extra stops we made on our way to the Crystal Caves, the aquarium was closed by the time we arrived to it. Calvin felt badly and brought us to a couple other scenic locations that we would not otherwise have seen and we were partially refunded for the aquarium portion of the tour. overall we were not super disappointed because we still enjoyed our afternoon very much. The Crystal Caves are beautiful and worthwhile to see. Would just recommend timing everything out with the hours of operation for the businesses.
The caves were beautiful and our guide was very knowledgeable. Excellent experience. The aquarium was fun but very small.
Guide never showed up or called. Had to walk to the caves and never got to see the aquarium. Also the caves do not accept the voucher you get from viator. Bad experience!! However I did get refunded!!
We were pleasantly surprised at how much there was to see in this small aquarium and surprisingly larger zoo where you walk through enclosures. The waterfront location is beautiful. We saw two huge beautiful parrot fish from the bridge prior to entering. Reasonably priced and well worth a visit
We lucked out with a private tour. We were picked up at the port by Dean and his lovely wife Abby. Dean was so informative and gave us so much information and tips about Bermuda. Comfy air-conditioned drive. It was not crowded so we really got to see everything. We were at the zoo for 2 hours and wished we could have stayed longer! Special shout out to Mike who pointed out so many fascinating facts about the fish and made sure we made it to the zoo to get an up close and personal experience with the animals! He called Jack, an adorable monkey, who plopped down right in front of us to say hi, as did the lemurs. Even Oscar, the alligator, was out to show off his handsome self. So much to see! Flamingos, Otters, parrots, etc! Beautifully well-maintained zoo. Next stop with Crystal Caves. Our tour guide was very informative and definitely worth the walk. The caves are something to behold. Beautiful! On the way back to our drop-off point, Dean was kind enough to point out some lovely beaches, points of interest, and even let us get out to take some pics. Thank you Dean!!!
