The local guide will pick you up at your hotel ( if located in Berlin ). Travelers can request the tour to start from any centrally located hotel. In case your hotel is outside the city center we will select a convenient meeting point in the city center. Tour may end at a different location from the departure point unless requested in advance of the tour.

Bastion was fantastic. Very fun, funny, entertaining, and helpful. We were able to see a majority of the locations we requested. The only reason we didn't was because some of our group started to get tired. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Bastion if possible.
So knowledgeable, fun and excellent English (also Spanish). Saw the key sights and enough background on everything, but great stories to bring everything to life. Thoroughly enjoyed this with my family and adult son.
Christobol was a terrific guide for our three hour guided tour. He tailored the route and information to subjects we had expressed interest in. He was extremely knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. He also provided recommendations for restaurants along the route. The tour was definitely a highlight of our visit to Berlin!
Pierre was great. He had a real enthusiasm for Berlin and knew the city and history. The information flowed out of his stories even down to small details. Definitely experienced things we would have walked right by without him pointing them out. E.g gold plaques in the sidewalk. He was flexible with what we wanted to see and experience. We enjoyed the 3 hours. I would not hesitate to book his tour again.
YOU JUST SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! We booked a private tour with a guide and paid €310 so not cheap. They sent us a resident without any kind of preparation of any kind... she didn't even know where the wall was!!! no historical reference, no urban planning reference, nothing at all!!! in the middle of the day we dismissed him and continued on our own. DO NOT TAKE THESE "GUIDES" They are recruited from totally incompetent common people!
