Quad tours with high evening adventure and adventure value guided by local tour guides. The driver can take a passenger with him/her by arrangement for a fee / The passenger have an extra fee! 1 hour tour € 20 2 hour tour € 25 3 hour tour Algar Waterfalls € 30 4 hour tour Guadelest € 40 the passenger can pay by arriving! Please let me know in advance if there are passengers.

We offer different tours: Algar waterfalls, Castel de Guadelest with bypassing the reservoir, jungle tours and various other destinations, .... and tours for groups by appointment Important: All drivers must have a valid identity card, Present a class B driving license (minimum age 18 years) or class A (minimum age 25 years) and sign a disclaimer. Drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in the tour without a refund. All participants have to follow the instructions of the tour guide, otherwise they could be excluded from the tour.

- Deposit € 100 per quad to be deposited at the meeting point (cash or card)

It was my younger sisters birthday, we booked the quad excursion for 2, they were reasonable at first and allowed us to move the time to 15:00 from 11am however when we turned up at 3pm both tour guides were rude, arrogant and spiteful. They gave a briefing and then proceeded to tell us we can not complete the tour with any form of refund. After paying 130£+ you would expect at least an ounce of customer service but there was 0. Dont waste your money with this company :)
The customer Tara had booked a tour on 05/13 at 11:00 a.m. The customer did not show up at the agreed meeting point. The customer then contacted us via WhatsApp. Out of courtesy, we offered to rebook the booking for the tour at 15:00. The customer was also late for the tour at 3:00 p.m. As proof, among other things, a receipt with time stamp as well as camera recordings of the entrance area are available. Despite the repeated delay, we still accepted the customer. The customer signed the disclaimer and then received a complete briefing on the operation and safety of the vehicle. Already on the first metres of the test drive it became clear that the customer could not check the vehicle safely. There was almost a collision with a parked vehicle. For safety reasons, we have therefore decided not to allow the customer to drive the vehicle independently. As an alternative solution, we offered the customer to participate in the tour as a passenger in another vehicle. The customer declined this offer and demanded a refund instead. Throughout the entire process, our team was sachlich, friendly and accommodating. We explained the situation and the background of our decision to the customer calmly and transparently. The customer, on the other hand, was unfriendly towards us and, according to our impression, gave incorrect information about the course of the incident during the telephone conversation with Viastor agency Due to the repeated delays, the safety problems when driving the vehicle and the alternative offer offered by us, we see no reason for a refund of the tour costs.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Very good and handsome guides through the trip! Both challenging and fun at the same time and something everyone gets to! The guide adjusts the speed according to the individual! Highly recommended. We are guaranteed to do it again.
I’m not sure where to start with this review because everybody generally has their own opinion but from start to finish the experience with Frank and Fritz was absolutely amazing. We had the best two days of quad biking. We only booked in for one but went back the following day to do another tour Because the guys were amazing. Would recommend it to anyone and thank them very much.

Excellent three hours out well worth the trip very well managed. Just remember to take your driving license
Great experience and will definitely do it again,probably do the longer trip next time!.....the girl who was the guide (Lorena) was always watching my every move making sure I was OK........maybe suggest a 5 minute stop with better photo opportunities next time but overall a great time!
Water fall was great only 4 euros Frank had very good local knowledge of the river beds and the terrain great time had by all.

What a brilliant experience, definitely something I would do again Frank and lorena where great tour guides and the waterfall was beautiful (just wish we got a little more time there). It was nice to be trusted to have your own fun when out on the bikes. Went a different way there and back which gave us a great tour of the Spanish countryside. Frank also took plenty of pictures which he shared with us which ment we would just enjoy our time. Highly recommend
