Look at Egypt tours was exceptional. Their service was faultless. Our first contact was with Ayat in the central office. Ayat instilled confidence from the start. Every email was answered promptly and with great suggestions and good advice. We made some changes to the tour without any difficulty at all. We were to meet our niece in Cairo and she was arriving before we did. I was concerned to make sure that she was looked after. Three days before we arrived Mr Mohammed Ezz contacted me to let me know he would be the company representative looking after our tour. Again, his communication was prompt and courteous. He promised to look after our niece when she arrived and he did. We stayed at the Hotel Steigenberger in Cairo. It was not a hotel I knew of but it was comfortable and located in the centre of Cairo. It was a great choice by Look at Egypt Tours. We flew to Luxor and our guide was waiting for us at the airport. His arrangements and tours were fantastic. We had the pleasure of being the first passengers aboard the Cleopatra Nile River cruise. The standard of the accommodation and the facilities onboard were truly amazing. The staff were terrific. Back in Cairo we went to Giza and to the new GEM. Incredible. Just incredible. Our guide made the experience so memorable. All of the vehicles were clean and comfortable and our drivers (we had many) were excellent and we felt very safe. Sadly, all good things must come to an end and Mr Ezz took us back to Cairo airport for our return flight. Everything this company did was done to make sure that our experience was special. They made sure that every small problem was attended to and we could not have been any happier with our choice of Look at Egypt Tours. This will not be our last trip to Egypt and we will definitely call Look at Egypt Tours again when we come back.

I had an amazing time. I would 100% recommend Look at Egypt. Everything went smooth. I could not have asked for a better guide, Mohammad was the best! I would decrease some of the shopping stops. I got to see everything I wanted with plenty of solo time at each stop to explore.
