Carlos was awesome. Super safe and sweet. The sky bike was great and I felt very safe. All the staff work well with each other and double check. The ATV ride was fun. Loved it! Take cash، the exchange rate that they charge is not correct. It's extra fees. They will up sell you on the ATV. It is an awesome adventure! Will do it again, but will take cash for the up sale of the ATV.
The transportation did not have air conditioning. They sold us a package that included a buffet of Mexican food, and upon arrival, they told us it was à la carte and only consisted of tacos and quesadillas. The activities were enjoyable; we really liked the explanation from our guide Álvaro about the flora and fauna we have, he is an excellent guide.
