We first contacted the representatives from Angkor Guide Adventure, Kai and Chhuong and they really showed great hospitality to bring us through the available tours. Finally, we decided or a private Angkor tour with tuk-tuk and a dedicated tour guide to bring us around. The total fee for 2 pax is reasonable (USD$154), considering the entrance tix to Angkor is USD$37 per pax per day. We set off from our hotel at 0830hrs. Mr Phim Sak our guide, greeted us at the hotel and we were then ushered to the tuk tuk, before making our way to Angkor. Mr Sak was exceptionally fluent in English and we had a really awesome interactive session with him. Mr Sak brought us to the 3 main temples i.e. the Angkor Wat, the Ta Prohm & the Bayon, as he explained and recited to us the ancient stories of the great Khmer kings and the reasons why these monuments were builts. Mr Sak was also attentive to our dietary needs and since there were no Halal restaurants in Angkor, he recommended to us a cosy eatery (with aircon) when we had vegetarian food and refreshments. We also like to show our appreciation to Mr Sak for bringing us to picturesque spots and took photographs of us, amazingly the photos he took were all IG worthy. 📸 Thank you to our tuk-tuk operater Mr Hok for the free flow and cold bottled water and for covering up the tuk tuk when it started to rain. 👍🏻 Although the weather was rather warm and humid, we really enjoyed ourselves and even brought back memories about ancient Angkor civilization. My takeaway for this trip is of course the story about how the gods and demons worked together to churn the sea of milk for the same purpose i.e. to acquire the immortal water. To the Team from Angkor Guide Adventure, AU KHUN 🙏🏼❤️ We will definitely recommend AGA to our friends and families. 👍🏻
Use for a Bangkok to Siem-Rep round trip transfer, punctual and impeccable service. I recommend, perfect value for money.
The organization is very poor and drivers are unmannered. None will help of there is a difficulty. Never choose this agency, pay attention
Dear valued guest, Thank you for selecting our service. We apologize for any inconvenience and for not meeting your expectations. We are committed to continuously improving our services and communication to ensure that every passenger has a delightful experience and feels they receive great value for their money. We suspect that this review may be a scam from a competitor in the same industry, as receiving a one-star rating is unusual for us, given our dedication to excellence. Warm regards, AGA Team
We had contact via WhatsApp and discussed everything before. Our landlord confirmed everything by phone again. We were picked up from the accommodation in Sien Reap, driven to the border of Thailand. There a member of staff received us and explained everything to us. The waiting time when entering Thailand was one hour. Afterwards we were escorted back to the minibus and driven to the hotel at the airport. Everything perfect!
We're ordered a private car transfer within Cambodia and we're happy how smooth it was! It was a nice trip on lexus LS 300, which was not a newest, but in the good condition! :-) The driver is also a very nice and helpful guy!
Chhehai an amazing tour guide. But and tends to repeat a lot of what he says. Not a bad thing. I think it is because he knowledgable and super passionable of his country. If you want to learn more about the history of cambodia try having a some 1-on-1 time with him. We started from Ho Chi Minh city - Phnom Penh (killing Fields) - Sihanoukville Province (Snorkeling, Island visiting) - Homestay (waterfall and kids) - Kampong Cham - Siem Reap (Angkor Wat) - Bangkok.
Chhehai was brilliant, so much knowledge and pride in his country. And he made sure we always knew what to expect each day including a 5:30am start for sunrise at Angkor Wat. Never realised the extent of the place. Killing fields are a must. Still can’t believe the scale of the Pol Pot genocide. The floating village on the Mekong was brilliant.
