Operator response

Dear Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent tour with Compass Travel and Events. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding our reliability and punctuality. We understand that accessibility is a crucial aspect of any tour, and we sincerely regret that you encountered challenges in the Medina of Tunis and at the Bardo Museum. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the infrastructure available, and on the day of your visit, the museum lift was out of order, which is beyond our influence. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll proactively share your concerns about the museum’s elevator with their management team to advocate for improved accessibility. While the Medina’s conditions are standard for its historic preservation, we recognize the difficulties this posed and will explore ways to better communicate these details to future guests. Should you have further questions or wish to discuss your experience in more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We value your trust in us and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on a tour tailored to your needs. Best regards,
