- The minimum age to join the Tour is 14 years old, and children need to be accompanied by an adult. For those under the age requirement, we offer e-bikes suitable for children.
- Minimum weight for Segway riders is 45 kg (100 lbs) and the maximum is 120 kg (265 lbs).
- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the Tour.
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately for the season you're traveling in. If it rains, we provide raincoats. In the event of severe weather, we will offer the option to reschedule for an alternative date and time.

A great morning touring round the city of Barcelona by Segway. We had Max as our guide who was excellent, helpful and informative. The tour was at a good pace with frequent stops at places of interest- we really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.
Such a brilliant was to start our city break and see Barcelona. Max was an excellent guide and made it so much fun.
Oops we did it again 🤩 Second tour within 2 days. Because it's just great fun and you still learn about the Staft. Even my 12-year-old son learned a lot about the city and the people. Thanks to our guide Max for so much good mood 🥳

We had a great time. Our guide Max was wonderful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to places we haven’t visited yet. It was worth the price. Segways are fun to ride. If you haven’t done a Segway tour before, don’t worry. The learning curve is very quick (5 minutes of practice and you’re an expert) I highly recommend Sun and Segway tours
