We emailed the operator that we will be a few minutes late due to all the local construction and we arrived a group of 12 people and no one was there. As a tour operator to leave behind a group of 12 people for a tour that was supposed to start at 4:00 and we were there at 4:01 is such a disappointment for us. Never again will we use Viator for any of our exclusions What a ripoff. I will be disputing this with my credit card company anyway.
