There was no experience. You changed my your time from 1::30 to 1:00 and then back again on the day of the tour. You also told me to go to 2 different locations. Obviously the your never happened. I am expecting a refund immediately.

Our group of 6 showed up at the address shown on our confirmation email. The tour guide did not show up. Cannot tell you how disappointed we were as we only 1 day in Barcelona

The tour was canceled with no notice or explanation. Very disappointing after spending hours online buying tickets. No option to rebook. Terrible experience.

In such cases, the booking is automatically canceled by the system. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused. Our booking was cancelled without an explanation a day before. Now we cannot get tickets elsewhere. It was the one activity we had planned for the day. Getting a refund does not cover the cost. We will not be able to have the experience at all.

Arrive early to avoid crowds, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Don’t pass up a chance to enter, if you can catch the morning sunshine through the stained glass it is life changing. You must go inside!

Masses of people and selfisticks. The offers online show prices many times the ticket price from the TI booths. Leave the camera/phone and look at the building, there are better photos you can download online.
