This place was a mess due to the Pope coming the following day if I new how bad this was I would of canceled had to go all around because the main door was blocked off over rated for what Viator is charging when they have it for 30€ with guide there verses the $173 I paid for 1 adult 1 senior 1 child crazy when kids are 1/2 price there rediculas charge I couldn’t even understand the guide ! Never again this is over priced big time to just see a church and nothing else is open I Would like a partial refund for this mess my tour was at 1130 am was moved 3 times and then we did not get in till almost 1245pm in the heat ! Horrible
A short yet excellent and detailed tour. Our guide was vibrant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We completed our guided tour and then had unlimited free time to explore further inside and out, alongside the museum providing further insight into this spectacular building.
A major highlight of our trip. Rosa was a fantastic guide - knowledgeable, and it felt like she has a real love for the cathedral. We're really glad we took a tour with the addition of a tower although it's worth noting that the tower add-on would be hard for anyone with mobility issues, vertigo, or severe fear of heights (elevator takes you up, but you need to walk down via steep, winding stairs). Rosa did a great job explaining this, but it's worth noting before booking as well.
Marc was excellent. We learned a lot about the history of the cathedral. This tour is highly recommended.
Great experience! Highly recommend a Viator tour for Sagrada Família since this is a high traffic spot for tourist. Recommend the towers options if you’re able to physically climb back down the narrow staircase.
The experience having a guide in this expansive area was great. Mark was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and had been doing this for over 10 years. Every inch of this basilica has a story to tell and he explained it in great detail and care. Answering questions along the way. The tower tour was cool but note the steps coming down are very narrow and winding - not for the faint of heart and a bit much for those with fear of heights or narrow spaces.
Your guide Mark was brilliant had amazing knowledge about Sangrada Falilia. He pointed every little details with brilliant history story. Really enjoyed this experience.
The guide had NO sign raised in the air so we could find her. We followed the pin on the map and no one was there. We did not go inside the church because we never found the guide. The church was sold out so we couldn’t even buy tickets. We flew from Tennessee to Barcelona and couldn’t even see the church that we paid to see. I would like a refund.
Our guide is so good and pleasant to listen to. We left with a lot of knowledge and so grateful we had this nice experience and with the right guide.
Very informative tour and plenty of free time to explore this amazing place. Our guide Guadalupe was brilliant—very knowledgeable and entertaining.
