This was a fabulous private tour. Our guide Kitty was great. She was really patient taking all the pictures we wanted to and stopped to give us so much history of the religion and culture along the way too. We toured 3 different temples. It was supposed to include China Town and the flower markets but since we’d already been we skipped it. We did enjoy a fabulous lunch and delicious tea/coffee spot after the temples though. Highly recommend this tour!!
Thank you so much for your fabulous review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your private Instagram tour in Bangkok. Kitty will be so happy to know she made your day special — from capturing all the photos you wanted to sharing meaningful insights about the culture and religion along the way. We’re glad the flexibility to skip Chinatown and the flower market worked perfectly for you, and it’s wonderful to hear you loved the lunch and tea/coffee stop after the temple visits. Thank you for the high recommendation — it truly means a lot to us! We hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon. Warm regards, The ForeverVacation Team
My first day in Thailand was a free day so I decided to book this tour. It had great reviews and seemed like a good place to start. The $133 per person looked reasonable so I decided to book it. And that's when the problems began. What they fail to tell you is it's a two person minimum for that price so solo travelers beware. You are charged a premium for this service. Instead of $133 per person, it ballooned to $256!! I thought that was pretty steep for what I was getting but this was my first trip to Thailand and I had been looking forward to this for so many years, I decided to splurge. I booked it several days in advance. I arrived at my hotel at 1am and my tour started at 7am. at 2 am, they decided to notify me (who contacts customers at 2 am?!) that my hotel was outside of their pickup zone (why did it take them several days to let me know that?!) and it would be an extra $40 to pick me up at the hotel!! Very unprofessional! Who waits till the last minute to notify a customer of such a significant change?! Didi, my tour guide, was very nice and very knowledgeable. We went to some nice sites and she took many pictures of me. That was a nice perk because, although I take a lot of travel pictures, I'm rarely ever in any of them. The tour was advertised as 6-9 hours. They picked me up at 7am and dropped me off at 12:30pm. You do the math. Overall, the tour wasn't worth the money. At $133? Maybe. At $296? Absolutely, positively, NOT! Didi was very nice but I felt taken advantage of by the tour operators. Not the type of impression you want to leave on your customers. I could have done all of it and more, at a fraction of the cost. As a solo traveler, I would definitely NOT recommend this tour. Do it on your own or find a different, more reasonable, more professional company with no surprises.
Hi Peterson, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. Regarding the price, our tours are fully private and all-inclusive, with costs such as the car, guide, and fuel remaining the same regardless of the number of travelers. That’s why for solo guests, the total appears higher since these costs aren’t split between two people. The final rate for one traveler is displayed clearly on Viator before checkout, so guests can review it prior to confirming their booking. As for the additional pickup fee, this was due to your hotel being outside our standard pickup zone — a note also shown on Viator’s tour page. Our team reached out as soon as this was identified to ensure everything could be arranged smoothly for you. We also want to clarify that, based on our records, we did not send any messages or emails at 2 AM mentioning about additional pickup charge. The last communication regarding the pickup fee from our side was sent at 4:23 PM (Bangkok time) the day before the tour date. Finally, we received your reply at 1:51 AM on November 11th, confirming that you'd like to be picked up at the hotel, and we responded promptly to reconfirm that your guide, Didi, would meet you at your hotel at 7 AM, as per the schedule shared on November 10th. For the tour duration, it can vary depending on traffic and how long guests prefer to stay at each stop. Your guide followed the standard route, but the day’s pacing allowed for an earlier finish. We’re truly happy to hear you enjoyed your time with Didi — she’ll be thrilled to know you appreciated her photos and company. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us continue improving. We hope you still brought home some lovely memories from your first trip to Thailand.
We did an Instagram Day today with Kitty in a nice air-conditioned van. She was very punctual and communicated very promptly via WhatsApp. We went to 3 temples in Bangkok, and Kitty took great pictures of us. She has a very good eye for photography and knows the best location and angles for the camera. We took a ferry across the Chao Phraya river and had a delicious Thai lunch. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but the river tide was high, so we had to walk on water to get off the ferry [quite an experience!]. Kitty took us to China Town and got to walk through the market stalls loaded with local goods. Also went to a street where locals purchase fresh flowers, and Kitty took us to a very cute place for coffee and matcha. Oh! We also got a mango sticky rice. Our tour was not too long; I think we were back at our hotel around 2:30 p.m. Overall, a very good day, and we will treasure the pictures forever.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful review! 🌟 We’re so happy to hear that you had such a fun and memorable time on your Bangkok Private Instagram Tour with Kitty! It sounds like the day was filled with incredible experiences — from exploring beautiful temples and local markets to enjoying Thai lunch, coffee, and of course, mango sticky rice 🍋🍚 We’re thrilled that Kitty helped capture the best moments of your adventure — she truly has a great eye for photos and always makes sure her guests feel comfortable and cared for.
