Good experience

Really good time. Trainers try to spend individual time, teach basics. Good atmosphere in the gym. Suitable for all levels i would say.

Informative, Great Workout, and Fun

Great experience, I knew nothing, and learned so much. They made me feel confident and were entertaining and I laughed a lot. Definitely worth it
