Let me just start by saying that the Nagarhole Tiger Reserve and the whole Kabini area is a magical place and should be a must-visit if you love wildlife. The tour that I booked included a boat safari and three jeep safaris, which turned out to be perfect, as I had the luck to see about 15 different species of birds, countless deer, wild dogs, crocodiles, monkeys, gaur, elephants, a shy tiger, and gorgeous leopard. It was monsoon when I visited, so other times of the year may have more sightings of certain wildlife, but I was very pleased with what I was able to see. My trip concluded with a visit to Mysore on the way back to Bangalore, with a very knowledgeable local guide to help navigate the palace and local customs. Overall it was an incredible experience and I am looking forward to making another visit in the future!

I highly recommend Agora Voyages and their itinerary to Mysore and Nagarhole National Park. I found Agora Voyages through Trip Advisor, after a lot of research looking for a wildlife trip from Bangalore. Agora Voyages responded within an hour! As a solo female traveler, safety is always top of mind. I felt incredibly safe on this trip, such as receiving driver contact information ahead time, the hotel expecting my arrival, and - because I paid all fees through Agora Voyages ahead of time - no payments or cash handling, other than tips. Nagarhole National Park was incredible. I had one river safari and three jeep safaris. We saw lots of spotted deer, one sloth bear with two cubs (our guide said this was rarer than tiger), two tiger sightings, monkeys, and lots of birds. Even though the trip was only three days - it was the trip of a lifetime. Highly recommended!

The company was very responsive and helpful customizing the package to fit with our travel plans. Transportation was timely and reliable. We did the safari at Nagarhole which was amazing! The Serai Kabini was an amazing resort to stay at. We also toured Mysore and our guide was so informative and helpful that it made for a really great trip.
