Our guide was a nice guy but hadn’t been told by the tour company that we had booked and was an hour late. Our 2 hour walk was 1 hour around the park, nice but not particularly interesting. Nice guide, nice park but not a cultural and heritage tour at all.
Great view 😍,Near by Bangalore bidhansodha ,Excellent tidy place ,I will recommend to my friends and families..Thanks
Deepika was a great guide! She is a local and knows everyting about Bangalore and India. From all the sites we visited to general history. We really enjoyed the tour.
TripAdvisor put the wrong meet up address so I went to a different spot from the guide. He showed me his address he received and so it looks like it was TripAdvisor error. Walking tour was ok, we started late at 530 as per guide request so was darker. Walking tour was done in less than hour vs 2 hrs noted in the intenerary. Guide was a nice guy but the walking tour didn’t have much to it or maybe it was late.
The guide communicated well beforehand and was prompt on the day , Very friendly and informative ,nice relaxed tour But after 50 minutes he said that’s the end of the tour ! There was a lot of places on the 2 hour itinerary that we hadn’t seen when I pointed this out he then did take me to those places but the atmosphere was by then a little strained, the tour still finished well under 2 hours and I then went off and did my own thing. Ok I suppose as it was only just over £10
Guide didn’t have any information to offer and was ill prepared. There was no information added to what any common person will know. It was a complete money wastage.
This walk takes you past some buildings from the British era and through a park. The guide was informative but really we could have done the same thing by ourselves and using google. Not really worth the money.
Ramesh is a really nice professional guide! We’ve learned many interesting things about Cubbon park, its trees and its history. The tour was chilled out, we got to know about the time when British used to rule India. Precious information which would be so hard to learn on our own 😊
Really helpful and insightful. The only Sad thing is that the area is not that big to walk and learn.
My tour guide was Ramesh. He was well informed and took us through an extremely pleasant walking tour. I would strongly suggest that you do the walking tour on the first day of you trip to Bengaluru so that you appreciate the city more!
