Itinerary
We'll pick you up at your hotel, Airbnb, or other location in Mexico City. We'll contact you to let you know the exact pick-up time. It's important to be ready before the scheduled pick-up time to expedite the process and ensure we arrive at our offices on time. If your hotel or location isn't listed, reserve your spot and contact us to confirm coverage; we have extensive coverage in Mexico City.
You'll arrive at our balloon port, where we'll welcome you with coffee and cookies. You'll receive a brief explanation of the day's itinerary and watch a safety video with instructions to ensure you fully enjoy your experience. Afterward, we'll go to the balloon where you'll fly. Here, you'll have time to take photos before your flight.
You'll have a delicious breakfast under a magnificent natural cave, consisting of a typical dish from the region in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
We´ll then have a brief and interesting explanation about the Teotihuacan culture. A guide will explain about obsidian and the maguey plant, and you'll be offered a tasting of typical regional liquors such as tequila, pulque, and mezcal.
You'll have up to 1.5 hours to visit the Teotihuacan archaeological site. While flying in a hot air balloon, you had the opportunity to see the pyramids from above, and now you can appreciate their immensity from the ground. (Entrance ticket not included)
We will return to the same hotel or location where we picked you up in Mexico City. We can change the location where we drop you off, but it is important that you let us know in advance.

Pickup Locations & Times
If you booked the option without transportation, we will share the location of our balloon launch site with you the day before so you can get there on your own. If you booked with transportation, we will pick you up directly from your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City. Pick-up time is between 4:10 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. in Mexico City to arrive in Teotihuacan at 6:00 a.m. for the first flight. For the second flight, pick-up time is between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. in Mexico City to arrive in Teotihuacan at 7:30 a.m. NOTE: Please remember that we are subject to availability, always prioritizing the first flight. If there is high demand, you will be notified that your flight will be moved to the second flight.
