Bali Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise and Black Lava Jeep Tour

The amount of our tour, as stated on the website, included: Full driver escort starting from the Hotel Climbing the Batur volcano in a jeep Photos and videos trip to the hot springs trip to Ubud to coffee plantations We were picked up at 3:00 and immediately an unpleasant situation happened, the driver says that hot springs are not included in the tour and you have to pay for them separately !! But the coffee plantation is so wonderful and it's so fun (I'll explain why later) We started looking into what the reason was, the driver said he was just a driver and how the timetable was drawn up, that's how he goes. What timetable if we paid for a full tour ? after a long time of enquiry he said that he mixed up and sources included (by the way he already had money for tickets to our sources) just didn't want to take us there and keep the money, he didn't benefit. He brought us to the volcano, went to the toilet, he paid for 4 trips (20,000) he was given a kickback right in front of us, interesting)) After the sources to the coffee plantations refused to go, on the rice terraces we were already, but for the purchases that would be imposed there, he too as we understood would be given a kickback))) he was very upset that it was to the coffee plantations we refused to go and you are advised to look very closely at this tour.

A fantastic sunset tour to Mount Batur! The driver was right on time, and our guide, Kadek, was an absolute gem—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience truly special. The only thing I missed was some water 🤗. Overall, a wonderful tour that I highly recommend!

Mount Batur was beautiful. Watching the sun rise is an unforgettable experience. Pick up from my resort was very simple and has to be early. Lots of people/Jeeps were on the mountain. My driver was engaged and we conversed. My Jeep driver drove across the bumpy terrain skillfully and covered each part of the itinerary. It’s veryyy cold during the early morning on the mountain, so definitely dress warm. This is a must-visit if you travel to Bali!

Batur sunraise & black lava & amora

We did a trip to Mount Batur. Dedi picked me up from the hotel and drove me to the meeting point where the Jeep was waiting. Another colleague (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) then took me up the mountain by Jeep. Everything was perfectly organized — we arrived very early and right on time for the sunrise. The sunrise was absolutely beautiful and worth waking up so early for. The team was always ready to take photos, and the guide was super friendly. We laughed a lot during the trip, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. For me, the lava field was definitely the highlight — such an impressive and unique landscape. Overall, it was an amazing experience and highly recommended!

I went to Mt. Paturu's sunrise tour The Mertha guide talked a lot about Bali, picked me up so I wouldn't get bored, took good pictures at the sunrise, and left good memories But since it's morning, you're hungry, so you need something to eat, drink, and a warm jacket

We had a great sunrise jeep tour with Mertha! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The views were amazing and he shared interesting information along the way. Highly recommend Mertha for a Bali tour!

The guide was very kind and smart, he talked about the temples, history and every other parts of Bali People, it was a fun trip.

The guide came to pick me up at the hotel on time. He drives well and is kind. Please keep taking pictures. It's the best cut of my life. Communication is good in English. I want to tour with him again next time! Thanks Mertha :)
