My flight from Perth to Airport DPS arrived on time at 10.20pm on 28 Jan 2024 on Sunday night. Immediately after I entered the airport, I received whatsapp from the driver Mr Gugun showing a photo of himself holding my name at airport, this made me easier to identify him at the arrival gate. I am grateful Mr Gugun is patient in waiting for me to check out from long queue at airport to Ganga Hotel in Denpasar. He is humble, friendly & honest, I would recommend his service to whoever needs private transportation in Bali.

Our driver Jerry was excellent. He was on time, professional, friendly and patient! There was 6 of us and 14 pieces of luggage (2 of which were golf bags) and had to wait over 45 minutes for ALL the luggage to arrive due to airline delays and Jerry just smiled and kept us entertained regarding all the beautiful places to see in Bali. Most importantly, Jerry drove very safe which is saying a lot in Bali traffic!

From airport to hotel was great with a fantastic driver (Toni). We used him throughout the week. From hotel to airport was very disappointing. I rang the day before departure to confirm that we were being picked up which they confirmed was ok. On the morning of departure they did not show up and we had to catch a taxi.
