- Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).
- 8.00 – 8.30AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus.

On the evening before the trip, it was cancelled by the organiser and two alternatives were offered: instead of the booked Bai To Long Bay, Halong Bay was suggested, or we could get our money back. It was important to us not to visit the crowded Halong Bay, but the quieter Bai To Long Bay. We had booked well in advance, so they could have let us know in good time.
It was a pretty great trip Kayaking was my favorite The transport to halong had us stop 10 min before arrival at a tourist pearl shopping center. Not necessary Could have just left hotel 30 min later
It was an amazing experience, but the price was costly. I went during the pandemic, so it was a very serene experience since it was not crowded

Great service from beginning to end, from being picked up in a luxury bus, to the great cabin and food on board - you would never go hungry on board! The scenery is simply spectacular and the kayaking and swimming added the extra level of fun. The team were great fun and very knowledgable. Couldn’t do enough to make the tour really enjoyable. Highly recommended.
