Airport Arrivals: After you clear Customs at the Commercial Airport, you chauffeur will greet you at the exit doors with a sign with your name on it. Cruise Port Pick up. Please proceed to the Port Main Exit gates. You chauffeur will be at the gates with a sign with your name on it. Airport Departures: Hotel pick ups. Your chauffeur will meet you at the hotel's bell desk at your pick up time.

Drivers were on time and very professional, they were also informative about their culture and their island. Thanks to them we knew what else we could do on our vacation
Car service was fine but expensive. After we arrived, we were met outside of baggage and were told that the original driver had car trouble or something and would not be able to pick us up. They were sending another car but it would be about 15 minutes late. No big deal at all but then they said that they would take us to the store as purchased and we have 30 minutes to shop. If the shopping trip lasted longer than that then the price is $70 more per every 15 minutes. I politely asked if that applied to them being late as well? Since your driver was more than 15 minutes late, do I get a $70 refund? Still waiting on that answer. A private car for 5 people to and from the airport with bags should be about $100 on the high end or at least that is the word we were getting. I think a private taxi may be around $50?? The driver was great but you have to run around a very crowded store you have never been in and grab stuff so you want be charged another crazy fee. For the price, it should be an hour. I get it, they overcharge Americans and that is to be expected but to me it seemed high. Even for Nassau.

While we respect that there are less expensive alternatives, we stand behind the value and quality of our service.
This was an easy transition. Easy to find our service at the airport. Had a greeter walk us to the pick up area away from all the comotion. Our driver, kind, not pushy or high strung, gave me more info about the area and culture than any tour could have. He was awesome. Truck was clean, he drove with care. I will definitely refer and use this service again.
Well, it wasn't a good experience. They texted us multiple times to say they were waiting for us and being there kept saying we were in line at the normal amount of Line time to get out of the airport when we come out of the airport no car then we get told our driver had to leave and a new driver would come. I could've got a taxi for way less and got to the hotel way faster. I kind of picked up another car from another company and got treated. Better stood outside in the heat and Son for quite a while before a car finally came to come get us. I would not recommend this company at all for $200. Do you think they would have a car waiting on you.

Prompt, friendly service. Nice vehicles. Due to time constraints we were unable to stop at store on the way to the resort. However, another driver arrived shortly after for that portion of the trip.

Everything was as expected. Someone met us out side of baggage claim, driver arrived moments later, door to door service, even stopped at an ATM for us! We will definitely book on the way home! Oh and we also placed this reservation 2 hours before landing, but they had no issues serving us!!!
