Our tour guide never showed and left us stranded

We had confirmed tickets and correspondence. Walked the almost mile from our boat to the meeting place only ti find out our tour guide and van wasn’t there and wouldn’t be coming. Luckily there was another tour guide there that accommodated us and our large party. Otherwise we would have been stranded with no plan in Mexico for the whole day.

Operator response

We're sorry, we were never notified by email of your reservation, plus it was a last-minute booking and you never contacted us. However, we issued the refund and you have your money back.
