Kanak Bhawan is a temple in Ram Janmabhoomi, Ayodhya, which is in the north-east of Ramkot. It is one of the most famous temples of Ayodhya. It is believed that this palace was gifted by Kaikeyi, immediately after the marriage of Rama with Sita and hence, it is their personal palace.
Dashrath Mahal is a beautiful palace in the heart of Ayodhya, the very place where Lord Ram and his family lived most of their life. Inside the mahal, there is a shrine of Lord Rama, Lakshman, and Devi Sita. These deities symbolise dharma, moral integrity and devotion that we learn about through Ramayan. Their presence in this historic monument brings together the divine and legendary heritage of Ayodhya’s spiritual and historical landscape. King Dashrath was Lord Ram’s father and the founder of Ayodhya. This magnificent palace was home to the legacy of King Dashrath as a king and Lord Rama as a child and youngster. One can find saffron-clothed monks singing and reciting mantras inside the mahal. The Dashrath Bhavan is decorated well during celebrations and festivals like Ram Vivah, Diwali, Shravan Mela and Ram Navami.
Sita ki Rasoi is a sacred site believed to be the kitchen of Sita, the wife of Lord Ram visitors can explore the small temple that houses ancient utensils believed to be used by Sitaji .
Valmiki, author of the epic Ramayana spent some time in Ayodhya. The place where he stayed during his Holy period is considered as Valmiki Bhawan. The historical roots of the building have been the cultural and spiritual heritage of Ayodhya since ancient times.
It is also said that before going to 14 years of exile, Lord Rama took a holy dip in the sacred waters of Saryu at this very point. Laser show takes place in the evening , which is a must for all. "Ram Ki Paidi" translates to "Ram's stairs" or "Ram's ghats" in English, referring to a series of ghats (steps leading to a riverbank) on the banks of the Saryu River in Ayodhya, India, where devotees take a dip in the holy waters.

This tour was absolutely marvellous. I visited Ayodhya a long time ago but barely recognised how much the place has changed. The town has grown and is the cleanest place in India, by far! Seriously impressive. There is plenty to see and do. We loved the joy and vibrancy of the Hanuman temple but the star of the show has to be the incredible Sri Ram Mandir. Wow! Surely a sight to rival the Taj Mahal in coming years. Our guide was the lovely and engaging Prakhar. His enthusiasm for Ayodhya and all its delights was totally infectious. We learned so much from him and he was incredibly helpful. He recommended a fab place for lunch and dropped us off at the train station for us to catch our night train. Fantastic! A day to treasure forever. Thanks so much!

The tour director Aman communicated with us with ease and gave all the details before we arrived in city. Our tour guide Prakhar was very helpful and caring. He is also very knowledgeable regarding the history. He guided us from morning to evening for all the locations including Ram temple, Hanuman temple, Evening arti etc. I defiantly recommend the this tour to seniors and to my friends.
