Start your tour with pick-up from select hotels on Las Vegas Blvd. Heading east, you'll arrive at historic Boulder City, a town built originally to house the workers of the Hoover Dam. This is where it all started! Discover the history of this quaint little town on the outskirts of Las Vegas!
We will stop by Lake Mead Lookout for an amazing panoramic view of Lake Mead and learn about the history of the lake and its present troubles and other interesting facts.
Next you will pass through the Hoover Dam security checkpoint and you will be officially at the Hoover Dam. We will stop at the Hoover Dam bypass Bridge (Mike O’Callagham - Pat Tillmam Bridge) where you have the opportunity to walk up to the bridge, almost a 1000ft above the Dam. Here, you will also be able to cross state lines from Nevada to Arizona, you'll enjoy an incredible view of the Dam and Colorado River. Your tour guide will tell you interesting facts and how the the Hoover Dam was constructed. This is a view not to be missed!
This tour provides stunning perspectives of the Colorado River, first from the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, nearly 1000 feet above, offering panoramic views.
Take a scenic drive across the Hoover Dam to the Arizona side, where you'll have 25-30 minutes to stroll along the top of this monumental structure. As you walk, you'll truly appreciate the dam's immense scale and capture some fantastic photo opportunities.

Pickup Locations & Times
While you may have selected your hotel during booking, this does not guarantee pickup directly from that location. You may be asked to go to a nearby hotel instead. This helps reduce delays and avoid traffic congestion along the Strip. The hotel you select is used only to help us determine the closest pickup point. Pickup begins about 30 minutes prior to the listed tour departure time. You will receive a confirmation via email and text message from the tour operator with your exact pickup time and location. These final details are sent the evening before your tour, between 6 PM and 8 PM PST. If you require a walker or wheelchair, you must contact the supplier ahead of your pickup date to ensure the necessary accommodations are made please mention it in "notes" when booking . Sorry but NO mobility scooters or any other motorized apparatus. Only Folding wheel chairs or walkers, due to space … For security reasons at the Hoover Dam, luggage and large coolers are not allowed on the tour. Guests who arrive with prohibited items may be denied boarding. However, regular-size backpacks are permitted. Most hotels will allow you to check your luggage with the bell desk or front desk at no charge if you are a guest.

We had just enough time for this great tour before heading for the airport! Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable which made for a great experience. The amount of people was small so it was a bit more intimate which let us get to know our guide better as well as some other passengers. Our guide first drove us to the memorial bridge overlooking the Hoover Dam and then took us to the dam itself. We had about a half hour at the bridge and then another 45 minutes at the dam. It was perfect for what we wanted. Note that if you’re wanting to go through the actual visitor's center inside the dam, you won’t have time for that. Overall it was an amazing experience!
Was nice to relax on the van and not be stressed by driving. Enjoyed learning interesting facts and instructions on where to go and time to be back on the van. Be careful with the first step onto the van, its narrow. Overall a great experience.
We had an amazing experience on the Hoover Dam tour with Chris! He was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire trip both educational and enjoyable. You can tell he truly knows the history and engineering behind the dam, and he shared so many interesting facts along the way. The tour was well-organized, the transportation was comfortable, and it was the perfect quick getaway from the Las Vegas Strip. For the price, it was an excellent value and one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re trying to decide on a tour to Hoover Dam do this! Easy to book, pick up on time, and comfortable ride. Keith, our driver was so knowledgeable, considerate, and we learned so much! Great historical information and a few anecdotal stories! We loved the small group!
Great tour! Bob did a fantastic job and it was perfect half day excursion. The tour bus was very comfortable, clean and cold bottled water was offered during the tour.
Great experience. Be prepared for walking. Tour guide Gary was our guide and he was fabulous. Wear sunscreen.

Pam our guide narrated as we drove along. I appreciated hearing the history of Vegas as well as relevant topics of living in the Vegas suburbs in addition to the history of Boulder City and the Hoover Dam. This tour packs it all in within 3 hours without feeling rushed. And was the optimal time to see and walk over the dam as well as the Pat Tillman Memorial bridge. For those who decided to stay in the air conditioned Mercedes Sprinter they did not miss a thing and were able to enjoy the views. Pam also texted the group pics and had bottles of ice cold water to refresh! So glad I didn’t do a longer tour because I saw everything in this one and then had plenty of time when I was back to enjoy Vegas! Would highly recommend!
