Lola and Frederico were friendly and knowledgable guides who kept the large group moving through many sites. Kudos to Luis, the driver, for maneuvering the double decker coach well through some tight ancient streets as well as busy Madrid. My suggestion to the tour operator is to add a guide so the groups are smaller. (The guides often had to wait for missing people or speak personally w/ people who wanted to wander off and then meet up at later.). We had 30-ish on our tour.
Very good expérience Lola and Federico were very knowledgeable about the region
It was a fantastic experience with amazing views. Lola and Frederick were fantastic for guides. They were very friendly but also extremely knowledgeable!
Lola and Frederico were absolutely great! I wish we would have more free time for shopping or resting.
A very nice experience even in the summer heat. Federico and Lola were great and very knowledgeable.
David was a great guide. He was very thoughtful and informative. Luis our driver was always on time.
What a fabulous day exploring these wonderful cities. Our tour guide David was informative, helpful and ensured the day ran smoothly. The day was executed with precision helped by our extremely safe and efficient coach driver Lius Miguel. Well done guys.
The historical sites were beautiful, and I wish I had received more explanations and interesting facts about them. The guide was silent for most of the tour, so it wasn't as informative as I had hoped.
Great full day tour of Segovia and Avila. We saw all the sites and had time to rest and rehydrate. Our guide, David, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He took great care of the whole group! And Luis Miguel kept us comfortable and smooth sailing all the way.
What an experience!!! Such a great driver and the tourist guide was so kind and helpful explaining everything during the tour! Definitely will book again with this company in a future.
