Explore the enchanting landscapes of Provence on a private day. You will discover the mythical city of Avignon and its famous Palais des Papes, residence of the popes in the 14th century. We will then go to the beautiful village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, known worldwide for its wine of appellation contrôlée, we will do a wine tasting at the magnificent winery of the Château de la Gardine. (Tasting and visit of the estate included in the price of the day). We will end the day with a visit to the beautiful Provençal village of Saint Remy de Provence, you can walk in the small streets and enjoy the many shops - Private transport in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz van that can accommodate up to 8 passengers, with bottled water. Itinerary
We will make a long stop in this magnificent fortified city of ramparts dating from the 14th century. You can also admire the famous Pont d'Avignon and the equally famous Palais des Papes, residence of the popes in the 14th century, and stroll through the alleys of the old town.
You can visit the famous Palais des Papes if you wish, as well as stroll on the famous Pont D'Avignon. Entrance Palace + bridge: €14.50/adult €11.50/child (8 - 17 years) Free child under 8 years
We will visit the beautiful village of Châteuneuf-du-Pape, world famous for its AOC (Appellation of Origin Controlled) wine. We will have a wine tasting in a magnificent winery, the Chateau de la Gardine". We will finally visit the ruins of the Castle of the city, residence of the Popes in summer in the 14th century.
We will visit this magnificent winery, where you can taste the world famous Chateauneuf du Pape wine.
We will end the day with a visit to this beautiful Provencal village, you can walk through its alleys and enjoy the many shops
