Superb tour with William, a fantastic guide. Very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We expected a tour of Singapore street food, but it was much more. Our 3 hours taught us how the multi ethnicity nature of Singapore has led to the society it is today, and all this via the various foods we had in cafes and hawker centres. Every dish had its own unique story. You won’t be hungry after this tour! Thanks very much William.

Raymond Teo, our tour guide was excellent! He shared fascinating stories and history, from the heritage of Raffles Place all the way to the vibrant streets of Chinatown. What made the tour even more enjoyable was his introduction to Singapore’s local food and the stories behind them, including Laksa, Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak, and Briyani. His knowledge, storytelling, and friendly approach made the experience both informative and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Singapore’s history, culture, and food beyond the usual tourist spots!

Our guide John was fantastic! We somehow lucked out and had a private tour which John then made sure it was interesting for us. Along with the hawker food stalls and the history of that, he also was a wealth of knowledge for all of Singapore. Easy to follow and easy to walk, we ate some lovely dishes and John made it easy for us to go back to the hawker markets with confidence to do it ourselves 😁. A good way to spend a few hours getting to know Singapore. Thank you 👍
I had already passed quickly through Little India and Kampong Glam a long time ago, and without really remembering much of it. Taking the tour with Ron allows you to understand not only the history but above all the spirit. We also enjoyed some typical and well-chosen dishes. Not to mention the "pulled tea" that we would never have thought to try. We didn't see the 3 hours pass when the time came to part ways....thank you Ron for this wonderful discovery.
