The location is in a building and is not clearly marked. Paola is very knowledgeable, explained the process well, answered questions and included the participants in all areas from preparation to the enjoyment of the finished meal. Enjoyed and recommended!
Great time in Paola's class, both educational and fun! Our session was focused on making four different tacos (including the tortillas). She did a great job of highlighting the history and diversity of Mexican cuisine, and we had a great time meeting other travelers as well... highly recommended!
This was such a Fun experience...one of the best times we've had in Mazatlán and the food was Amazing!!
Delicious Zayra's smoothies..her combinations that made my boy super delicious, attentive and friendly
Excellent class. Wonderful food that is easy to re-create at home. Fantastic instructor. Thoroughly enjoyed the class. Good value for the $.
A great experience. The cooking was fun and the information on all the ingredients was very educational. The four hours went by very quickly. We were well looked after.
Paola shared a lot of information about Mexican cuisine in general. We made four different styles of tacos. Two vegetarian which were very interesting. She had some very interesting cooking techniques that I think will be very useful in the future. In all, it was a delightful way to spend a few hours.
I haven’t taken many cooking classes but this one was great ! 10 min into class I asked about her other classes that week but they were booked . I recommend taking al of them and the food tour
Wonderful experience with Paola. She shared the cultural diversity of Mexico and the impact on food. The tacos were excellent. It was especially fun making corn tortillas. We had a little hiccup finding Paola's building but she was there to greet us. Will do again!
This was an enjoyable afternoon preparing a few dishes and learning some history and culture. We prepared soup, stuffed poblanos, and enchiladas. Our hostess was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a nice time, based on our experience, I highly recommend this activity.
