The ATV experience was amazing. The tour guide was pleasant, informative, and very accommodating. This was one of the best ATV adventure I've been on. I do recommend if you visit Antigua, to book this tour.
The actual tour was fine. It was cut a half hour short due to rain, which is no one's fault. But the poor review is because they were not ready for us at arrival and when we were done we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to meet us to pay, then got charged an additional 20% than what we were told and she called it a tourism tax. Turns out there is no such thing and we got taken advantage of!
The actual tour starts at 9:30 a.m. All tours are 2.5 hours. The guest arrived at 9:00 a.m., and they were accommodated. The guest were actually afforded their 2.5 hours of tour eventhough there was rain that day. We acknowledge that the guest had to wait to make the payment as they had not prepaid for the tour, and it took the representative a bit to get to the location as traffic was not very fast-moving. The 20% that the guest has referred to as being "swindled" is the government tax that was not explained to them by the tour representative. We apologize for the mix up and going forward we will provide the tour representative (s) with adequate information to dispel to the tourists.
