The driver will always confirm your arrival a few minutes early by call or message. • You must be ready in the hotel lobby or at the exact point of your location 10 minutes before the scheduled time. • If your hotel has a designated excursion area, the driver will pick you up there. • At some accommodations or Airbnb, pickup takes place at nearby meeting points due to access restrictions. • The driver may take an additional 5–10 minutes for traffic or pre-collections, but will always arrive. • Keep your phone on and available for easy communication. • If the customer changes location, they must notify in advance to update the pickup point. • Vehicles are identified or the driver will tell you the transport description to avoid confusion.

It was very fun excellent service, very friendly people with me and my daughter, super good delicious chocolate and coffee plus Jamaican flower with cane is very rich thanks later and beach I don't like much but you're pretty, Taino cave you're very pretty we'll return with more friends, highly recommended to all .

Amazing experience definitely get goggles. If it's dusty you need the bandana otherwise keep your mouth closed. About 2 and a half hours $80 for pictures they're professional photos and they get you pictures at the beach, cenote cave, and on the buggies. I recommend the atvs. The buggies are a little slow

We had excursions qith jjc tours ,Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, and always made sure everyone was safe while still having a great time. The stops along the way were well organized, and the whole experience was exciting from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fun, adventure, and great memories in Punta Cana. We would definitely do it again!
