Additionally, we wish to convey that your pick-up and drop-off times are generally flexible, designed to align seamlessly with your cruise itinerary, thereby ensuring the highest standard of service. One day prior to your scheduled arrival, we will receive your cruise itinerary from the National Maritime Authority, along with the details of your last port of call. Utilizing this information, we will finalize your pick-up and drop-off times the evening before your arrival. On the night preceding your anticipated journey, we will provide you with all relevant details pertaining to your booking. We had the absolute best experience! Family of 7 with older kids /young adults. Ricardo was our tour guide and he was absolutely the best! The rancho we visited during the ATV ride gave us fresh coconuts, had some alligators, chickens, parrots to observe. We tipped them and bought some snacks there. The day started as : We took the catamaran over, left our stuff at a restaurant on the water and then did the ATV trip down the beach and back with the stop at the ranch midway. Then came back to open bar, swimming and the best food. The food was also very affordable and the service was even better!!!

I’m genuinely thrilled it worked so well for a family of 7 with older kids/young adults—those groups can be tricky, and it sounds like everything hit the right balance. It turned out our tour came right after Xmas so we were just the two of us with Ricky as our MC. The trip started with a pickup near our hotel then goes on to be a mix of a taxi ride around some of the older parts of town and the to the dock for a boat ride. That is followed by the ATV blast along the beach for several miles, a visit to one of the coconut farms, another ATV blast back, a quick lunch at your own expense if that was not included, then back to the boat. etc. Fun trip...Ricky was a great host.

First of all don't count on punctuality as a plus. We were to meet the guide at 0900. 40 minutes later we finally got clarity on the situation. We were on time at the correct location and yet the guide was in total disarray. This is not an acceptable way to handle your paying customers period even though it was Mexico in a laid back culture. Organization is sadly lacking so beware. The ATV ride was good although our leader had absolutely no personality or interaction skills whatsoever. At the beach club the food was excellent we agreed so therein is a positive experience. was it worth the money spent? Absolutely not. yet, It was also amusing that at every hand they wanted tips. You get tips for good service so sorry not sorry you didn't measure up.

Regrettably, your demeanor was less than polite, particularly in contrast to the commendable behavior of your companion, who demonstrated attentiveness and education. It is worth mentioning that your guide ultimately ceased his efforts after you declined the virgin coconut he graciously offered during your stop for facilities in the jungle. While we appreciate your acknowledgment of the quality of the food provided, it is crucial to address the oversight regarding the additional charges that were not settled. Furthermore, it has been noted that you engaged in activities and utilized the Open Bar without proper payment. This behavior suggests an attempt to exploit the terms of your booking. It is essential to understand that while gratuities are optional, they are always appreciated. Your actions indicate a tendency to take advantage of the services provided, despite the fact that you have received more than what was compensated for in your adventure. We encourage you to reflect on this matter. Please extend our regards to your companion, who displayed commendable manners throughout your visit.
