This excursion was great! Marlon was an excellent tour guide. He made sure everyone felt safe and also enjoyed all the activities. Lunch and tequila tasting were a wonderful treat after all the exciting adventures! Great time I would definitely recommend
I have sent emails, called followed the 24 hour rules, Cancelled they charged my credit card, NOW no one will respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
Our guide Diego was great. The entire work force was incredible. Swimming in the Cenote was unforgettable. I was disappointed in that our ATV ride time wasn't the 50 minutes as notated. In addition the number of Zip Lines was less than published. We had to pay for water at our meal when it was published as included.
I made my reservations on line, but my Marriott Hotel was not one of the choices of pick up in Cancun. When I arrived, I tried to contact the numbers through my hotel the tour confirmation and all of the contact numbers were bogus. Being as I was uncertain if they would be picking us up, I had to reschedule another tour through my hotel services.
Hi you right im really sorry . Our online sistem crash down so no phone working neder mails it was on week end and we colud fixed only 2 days later .
My family and I did this excursion on our last day at Sandos Caracol. We really enjoyed the Mystic Adventure trip because it included ATVs, ziplines, and snorkeling in a cave! The activities were all amazing and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this excursion to anyone visiting this part of mexico. What I didn't like about this experience was that the staff of Scuba Libre were dishonest about details of the trip. For example, we were told it would only be a 25 min drive each way, but it was really about 1.5 hours each way. They also told me that the trip was fully booked on the day I wanted to book for (our last day in Mexico). I believe this is a tactic they used so that I would not bargain and try to get a better deal, because they "made a few phone calls" and eventually booked us for the trip on the day we wanted. On the day of the trip, my family of 4 were the only ones on the excursion with another couple (we had been told the capacity was 16 people, but there were only 6 of us on the trip). Lastly, the price of the trip included lunch. Before paying, I asked whether they would be able to provide a vegan lunch for me as I do not eat meat, dairy, etc. They said they certainly could. At lunchtime on the day of the trip, there wasn't a vegan option available for me and the staff at the cafe where we had lunch were not even made aware about this request for a vegan meal. I ended up starving for several hours until we returned to the resort. Overall the excursion was absolutely amazing, but the dishonesty of the staff at Scuba Libre (Victor and Jorge) was disappointing.
Hi ana thanks to share your review, it surprise to me a little in 1 way you say highly recommend the tour and at same tiem dishonest sales people, about transfer time and total tour time we alway provide info of what suppose to be, the distance betwen th hotel and the area of activity are like 30 km if you ask me yes i will tell take like 40 minutes 1 hour and half i guess something happened on the road, we apologize on the fact of not registered vegan food for you we apologize has to ben a mistake or the registered the reservation but does not look dishonest, im not sure the detail about the reservation but seams was told you that was full booked but you were able to get the trip on the day you ask for, probably the number of people for that day was not in off to open a trip and the broke the rules for you i guess they worked hard to fit you in .

We really enjoyed this excursion and felt it was very well organized.
