Great excursion in the Atlas Mountains. Charaf is an excellent guide, very welcoming and pleasant, and Hamid the driver drove us safely all day. We started with a small stop in a Berber market, to discover local products and the authentic atmosphere of the region. The scenery is beautiful and hiking to the waterfall is easy and pleasant. The Berber lunch was delicious and very authentic. An exotic day that really allows you to discover another facet of Morocco, away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Thanks to Charaf and Hamid for this great experience 🫶
The best was the guide. Lovely time, in a lovely day. Very good explication and all very good actually. I will repeat when i come back in this amazing country
We had a great day!
Charaf was an excellent tour guide, so very generous and welcoming. He picked us up from our hotel, before meeting others in the centre of Marrakech. We were taken to a Berber market and then a woman’s collective of argon oil which even though is expensive, smelt and felt incredible. We did a small and very manageable hike to a waterfall, drinking some freshly squeezed orange juice when we arrived. We had an exceptional Berber lunch and afterwards, soaked up the sunshine on a rooftop while Charaf gave us a brief Berber history. I learnt a lot and am so happy we booked this tour. We met wonderful people along the way and thanks to Hamid the driver! We are amazed at the kindness and hospitality we’ve been shown, especially during Ramadan. Thank you Charaf!
Hiking accessible in the mountains with Charaf, followed by a very friendly meal on site, Excellent excursion.
It was a great trip, well organized, culturally enriching. The journey by bus with driver Hamid was very pleasant and the landscapes breathtaking. Sharaf as a guide has a very positive charisma, is helpful and considerate and has taught us a lot about Berber culture. In all areas a highly recommended excursion.
Fantastic trip with a view of Toubkhal mountain in the snow, a short hike (less than 2 hours) up to some waterfalls with rickety bridges adding a bit of excitement/jeopardy to the experience! We had a really delicious lunch on a roof terrace with views of the mountains and the drive was broken up by a few stops. Would highly recommend if you're in Marakech and looking out on those mountains on the horizon and wondering what's up there! We were collected and dropped off from our hotel near the station which made it much easier. Our guide, Charaf, was informative and brought energy and enthusiasm despite fasting for Ramadan. We enjoyed it a lot and thought it was excellent value for money.
Charaf had great local knowledge of the region and was an entertaining guide for our group of 9 people. We had a very generous and delicious meal and a fairly gentle but uphill at times walk.
We were a group of 15 tourists + driver and Sharaf (tour guide). The journey by minibus was comfortable and passed through beautiful landscapes. The stops are varied and show different facets of Berber culture. The hike went uphill a bit at the beginning and led over a stream shortly before the waterfall. Attention was always paid to the well-being of all and a small break was taken if necessary. For lunch I chose a vegetarian tajine with eggs, which was very delicious. Sharaf has repeatedly explained the culture of his people in both English and French, so there was much to learn. Overall, it was a beautiful, pleasant trip, which was also the highlight of my Marrakesh stay because of the very sympathetic guide.
It’s beautiful with Achraf✌️👍😜
