A fantastic way to appreciate the Atlas mountains.

What a fantastic tour! Small group of 7 of us led by Mohamad who was a fabulous guide. Got to learn a lot about the Berber way of life, see how they lived first hand and the lunch was fantastic. Atlas mountains were stunning and seeing all 5 valleys and having them explained was fantastic. All in, absolutely recommended.

Memories for a lifetime

We have just come back from an amazing day led by Sofyan. We couldnt wait to put a review because the team and all the locals who helped make the day great deserve a review with flying colours. Atlas and 5 valleys tour Im sure will be our best day in Morocco; Sofyan was so helpful and flexible ensuring our day was perfectly tailored to what we might want or need. A great teacher of berber phrases, we learnt so much about Marrakech, Berber all whilst meeting locals. Breakfast, coffee by the river, lunch with fathima was all beautifully flavoured. Sofyan helped us get some great pictures and videos along the way! Our hike guide Ali was so open and knowledgeable telling us about local ways of life, the impact of earthquake a few years ago. We were fortunate that the sun was behind clouds for most of the hike which took us around 60-90mins on medium path (beginners and hard also are options) A must excursion! And dont forget to bring small treats for local children, they dont expect it but are so grateful.

A dreamlike day in the Atlas Mountains.

Best tour from Marrakech. Mohammed is very knowledgeable, speaks perfect English and Spanish, and has a real connection with the locals in the Atlas Mountains. Nature in abundance, great food, and very friendly and helpful people. We had a cool group that got along well. It is truly recommended.

Fabulous trip to the Atlas mountains

An absolutely beautiful day from start to finish. We were greeted by our fabulous guide Ishmail in a very accessible location in great time. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Ishmail drove very well, I felt safe at all times, considering the traffic around the town! We headed to join the ladies who produce Argan oil for breakfast. It was lovely. I brought some amazing goodies whilst here and the people were so lovely. Next we headed off into the mountains where we were greeted by our hiking guide Yassine. He took us on a tour of the little Berber villages. Yassine was again extremely friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. We walked a while meeting children and families along the way. We were met again by Ishmail at a lovely berber family home where we had a homemade lunch cooked by our local chef Khadija and her sister Aisha. The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. They fed us extremely well. After lunch we headed out again to see more of the mountains. Ishmail gives lots of opportunities to stop and take photos. You really have to take this trip if you're in Marrakesh, it is totally amazing opportunity to meet such beautiful people. Thank you Ishmail

Stunning Tour!

Wonderful tour with Ismail! He was a very chatty, knowledgeable and fun guide. It started with a lovely breakfast, which was also were they demonstrated the making of Argan Oil - this was a site that was all woman run and they did have a shop to encourage people to buy, but it wasn't pushy at all and we were happy to support. Then we had coffee by the riverbed, before doing a journey through the 5 valleys, with a lovely (and very warm) one hour hike in the 3rd valley to a home made lunch in a village atop the hills, which helped us earn our lunch. The lunch was stunning and we were very grateful to the family who provided it, who welcomed us into their home and shared their stunning food with us, plus the stunning views from their home of the region while we ate. Happily recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the Atlas Mountains and the 5 Valleys!

Exceptional day

Ismail was a fantastic host - he was very knowledgable and the tour was filled with excellent facts about Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. I’ve never seen such beautiful views and we felt very lucky that we got to see all 5 valleys! The minibus was comfy and had some well needed aircon! The breakfast and lunch were absolutely delicious and the lunch time view was spectacular. And we were particularly grateful for the families that provided the lunch and let us into their beautiful home.

Excellent tour. Would recommend

We did a private tour with our superb guide Sofyan. Sofyan was very knowledgeable and made our tour very enjoyable. The stops for breakfast and another at the river for coffee were both good. Our hike was very interesting. To see how the Berbers live in the mountains was incredible! We learnt a lot and Sofyan even tried to teach us some Arabic and Berber! Lunch was amazing with local ladies cooking and wonderful views of the mountain! Would recommend.

Our guide Mohammed...

Our guide Mohammed number 1 is amazing, with a lot of knowledge, good humor and a lot of life. Excellent views of the valleys, with walking through a berber village thanks to the guide and future lawyer Yassine and a fantastic lunch there. We were very well received at home from a Berber family with breathtaking views and tasty homemade food. I ask all future clients to bring candy, notebook and school material to distribute to the children of the villages where we passed during this tour, thank you!
