Very interesting and engaging tour. Mo our driver was very welcoming and knowledgeable and make the experience a lot of fun too.
It was a fantastic tour. Our driver Abdullah is very helpful and a very good guide. He is well experience and very informative. The local guide is very considerate and helpful too. Very much recommended
This experience has been amazing, we had so much fun with our guide and we met beautifull people duri be the journey. We saw the valley in the best way ever and that’s definatley something that you need to do when in Marrakech. The food? Amazing! The view? Spectacular! The people? Lovely! 10/10!
It was great to see the villages and Mohamed was an excellent guide. The pace of the tour was good, so we didn’t feel rushed. The hike is fairly short and was not strenuous, which we were grateful for given the summer heat. We enjoyed the experience a lot. Highly recommend!
Ismail was our guide and he was absolutely amazing. There were 6 of us in total so a nicer small group compared to the other options we looked at. Ismail was thoroughly entertaining, a walking googlepedia. He takes small gifts of stickers, marker pens, small colouring books to the children in the mountains so if you choose the tour it might be worth bringing some small tokens. The trip was very interesting and Ismail is very passionate about his country.
We had an excellent day with Mohamed! A very beautiful person! A fantastic experience with Ali, our mountain guide. A very good excursion to do with wonderful people! Thank you Mohamed! And we wish you one day to be able to travel to other countries. Stéphanie and Christophe
Ismail was a wonderful guide! He provided entertainment through all his wonderful facts about Morocco and about the world as well. He was such a kind person and stopped along the way to drop off gifts and candy for the children that live in the mountains - we didn’t know in advance but if you have the chance to bring anything the kiddos would be so appreciative. We stopped in the mountains at a local Berber family house where they cooked us the most amazing food. Highly recommended for your trip to Morocco, and make sure to book with Ismail!
We had an absolutely amazing Atlas Mountains day trip from Marrakech! The scenery was breathtaking, and the entire experience was well organised from start to finish. A special thank you to our guide, Ismail, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the local culture and history. He made the day both informative and enjoyable, ensuring everyone felt welcome and looked after throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this day tour to anyone visiting Marrakech. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and an experience we’ll never forget!
Ismael, our guide, arrived exactly on time, all be it 30 mins earlier than the ticket originally stated. This had been well communicated though, and was due to our out-of-town hotel location. He was a throughly engaging and knowledgeable host with a great sense of humour and unbelievable abundance of knowledge. Two other couples made up the group and they were all lovely too. The tour included stops at a women's cooperative specialising in the production of cosmetics (they also provided a local breakfast); a fresh water brook for coffee and then into the mountains for a good trek and visit to local Berber houses. The latter was led by two local guides, who took time to explain how drinking water was pumped using solar power, how sewage was removed and recovery and rebuilding from the earthquake was still ongoing. This latter part culminated in a lovely rooftop lunch hosted by a local family. Overall it was a fantastic day and gave us a great insight into how the Berber peoples are existing in a happy but fundamentally basic lifestyle. I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to do more than shop.
Amazing day with the tour guide, a lot of fun, jokes, good energy. We learned a lot today en we loved the views, nature. But most important; the people who help and guide you, the families you meet, the food they cook for you is heartwarming.
