2 hour-ish Cat cruise was good, friendly, windy, good people & crew. Drinks/snacks/music- sort of like being at someone's wedding appetizer/cocktail hour. 4-course at the dock/Pelicans Nest was good- Good Salad, good fish trio of calamari+tuna+grouper ceviche, main grouper+beef+shrimp, & coconut flan w/berries + a glass of wine. No issues, all good

The cruise was better than expected! The boat crew was the best part, they knew how to keep the energy alive and made the whole thing fun. The snacks they gave on the boat were great too! The drinks were a bit watered down but still had alcohol in them. The sunset was super nice. The dinner was not too good, the dishes were a bit underwhelming. The desert was the best part.

We rode on the Bon Bini with Carlos, Osmer, and Giordan. From the start the tour was amazing. The crew were cheerful and welcoming and the snorkeling experience was way better than previous excursions we’ve done through other places. We went on the lobster snail and snorkel and the surf and turf food was great. All around perfect experience, thank you!

The sunset cruise was great. The crew were all very engaging and had my 76 year old mom dancing around the boat like a spry teenager. The snacks, drinks, music, and overall atmosphere was an absolutely perfect way to spend our last night on the island. Josh, Jesse, and the rest of the crew were amazing!

If you’re celebrating an anniversary or another special occasion, I would not recommend this cruise. I booked it for my wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The evening started with a long wait just to board. Guests are instructed to arrive at 5:00 p.m., but boarding didn’t begin until around 5:30 p.m., leaving everyone standing on the dock. While the cruise itself had some romantic elements, there were a large number of children onboard, which felt out of place given the open bar atmosphere. The frustrations continued after the cruise ended. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the host stand before being seated at the restaurant. It would have made much more sense for the restaurant to reserve a section for cruise guests returning from the boat. Overall, it seemed clear that communication and coordination between the cruise staff and restaurant staff were lacking. For a special occasion experience, I expected much better organization and customer service!

Pelican Adventures' catamarans are family-friendly experiences designed for guests of all ages. While an open bar is included, alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 18 years and older, and we offer a variety of non-alcoholic options for younger guests. For those seeking an adults-only experience, we also offer luxury cruises aboard our schooner, Monforte III, which are exclusively for guests 18 and older. We are also sorry to learn that you experienced a wait before being seated at the restaurant after the cruise. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when celebrating a special occasion, and we will share your comments with both our cruise and restaurant teams. The pier location is in a very crowded commercial area. There is very little parking available. We missed our first reservation because of this. We rescheduled and returned 2 days later. As we approached the check in desk there was a long line. This was because each person had to to manually fill in a waiver form. This is archaic and should have been available online to fill out ahead of time. The boat was nice enough and was not overcrowded. The crew was great and very helpful. The trip included free drinks and appetizers. The drinks were very weak. The appetizers were minimal and doled out at intervals determined by the crew. These should have been available in a serving area. The sunset trip was basically just running back and forth in front of the companys dock. This was a shame because the view on the land was just a few resorts and unfinished buildings. The trip should have gone further around the island to show us some sights. The sunset was nice and then we came back to shore. The trop included dinner at the Pelican Pier restaurant. Dinner was very disappointing. There were no choices available for the menu. The appetizer included raw fish and the entre was mostly seafood. No choices were available for non seafood lovers. The wine was barely drinkable. I would not do this trip again and would not recommend it to others. I have been on many sunset cruises and this one was by far the worst experience I have had.

We'd also like to clarify that our Sunset Sail follows Aruba's coastline during the two-hour cruise, offering views of Palm Beach, the island's northern coast, and landmarks such as the California Lighthouse before returning to Pelican Pier. Our onboard appetizers are served personally by the crew throughout the sail rather than through a buffet-style setup, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the experience while our team takes care of the service. As for the dinner experience, we do offer alternative menu options for children, vegans, and guests with seafood allergies when requested.
