Itinerary
The Aloe Museum is a museum in Aruba. A tour of the museum and factory provides insight into the Aruba aloe production process, along with the 160-year history of aloe cultivation in Aruba.
The Casibari Rock Formation is located on the island of Aruba, towards the center of the island north of the Hooiberg. The formation is a tourist attraction, similar to the Ayo Rock Formations. The rocks in the formation are composed of quartz diorite.
Gold fever is a treacherous condition in which many men dream but few get rich. Aruba experienced this malady beginning in the early 19th century. Early prospectors were local men with shovels and picks. Starting in 1854, the rights to mine went to a successive list of professional companies who tried and usually failed to be profitable. One of them, the Aruba Island Gold Mining Company, built their elaborate mill on the northern coast in 1874 along with roads and a pier. The English company abandoned the smelting operation in 1881. By 1916, the gold rush was over.
The chapel was built in 1952 on the site of the original, and first, Catholic church built in Aruba in 1750 by a Spanish missionary, Domingo Antonio Silvestre. The bright yellow chapel is reached by a winding road lined with white crosses marking the stations of the cross. It is a special place for peace and contemplation, surrounded by the Aruban countryside.
The California Lighthouse is a lighthouse located at Hudishibana near Arashi Beach on the northwest tip of Aruba. This lighthouse was named for the steamship California, which was wrecked nearby on September 23, 1891.

Peter was a great tour guide. He was very informative about the history of the island.
Our guide was great! It’s a great way to explore Aruba ! Our guide explained places we saw. I learned a lot about aloe that I did not know.
Peter was the best tour guide on our tour in Aruba! We really enjoyed the experience. He explained everything clearly, took his time to answer questions, and made the tour both memorable and fun. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly attitude made the day even more special. Highly recommended!
Great tour, very informative and it was definitely worth it!
Very entertaining. Our guide, Dolfi, was a joy.
Great Job by OJ our guide. He was very informative, and actually got us a private tour of the Dolphin Discovery. My wife was trilled. He was a formed Dolphin trainer. He also took us to the town called Hell!😎
Fantastic sightseeing tour of Aruba! Peter was phenomenal — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both fun and informative. A great way to see the island and learn so much along the way. Highly recommend!
The tour was great! Our tour guide was awesome. It was super nice to see the island, learn about the history of the island, and be in the comfort of the van. The island is clean, safe and everyone is super friendly.
The Aloe Factory was an amazing experience. The church, lighthouse and other sites were interesting and gave us a good sense of the Island. A few cons: There was no identifying signage on the vehicle, nor was there anyone with a sign. We had to contact the tour operator to make connection. Very frustrating. The bus was horribly uncomfortable. It felt like a breakdown was going to occur on every hard bump in the road. Our tour guide spent a bit more time talking about a tip than I was comfortable with. The first ask was more than enough.
Had a great trip with Peter getting to know the island, his knowledge of Aruba was educating! he was friendly and helpful throughout. Tip: if you are on Royal Caribbean wait by the excursion area and he will turn up on time :)
