Pickup Information: Complimentary pickup is available from all hotels and the cruise port, except Secrets Baby Beach Aruba. If you’re staying at a private residence, Airbnb, or another location, simply send us your address by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to confirm the best pickup option for you. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed once arrangements are finalized. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. To ensure all guests are picked up on time, our drivers are unable to wait more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time due to other scheduled pickups. If you are not present when the driver arrives, transportation cannot be guaranteed. At the end of the tour, we’re happy to drop you off at a different location at no extra cost just let us know in advance. If you don’t see your pickup location listed in the dropdown, no worries just type it in manually so we can assist you.

This was one of the most memorable activities on our trip! Such a beautiful ranch, calm horses, gorgeous trails, and wonderfully attentive staff! We initially had signed up for the 9am ride but then switched it to the sunset option instead, and I'm so glad we did! The weather was great, and the beach pics came out so nice! We wish we had time to do this again the next day. My daughter (almost 6 yrs old) absolutely loved it and woke up the next morning saying she missed our horse (Massima). Everyone at the ranch was so kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. They made sure to give very clear instructions before the ride and kept a close watch on everyone throughout the ride as well. Totally worth it - don't delay - book now for the memory of a lifetime! <3

I can’t recommend this experience highly enough! We had an absolutely magical ride down to the coast and back. The stable is beautiful and peaceful and well kept. Everyone on the site and the guides were amazingly warm and friendly. We got all the pictures we could’ve dreamed of and more. The horses are so well trained and doing an amazing job. So grateful for this opportunity!!
My first horse riding experience ever and the staff/tour guides made it super enjoyable! The length of the ride is perfect and the views are gorgeous. They also take pictures for you infront of the ocean!
They picked us up from our hotel and took us to the horse ranch which was very convenient. The horse instructors were very kind and patient and gave good instructions and the trails were very relaxing with wonderful views of Auba and the beachside. We would definitely tell others to book the excursion
Excellent! The bus pickup was on time and friendly. We arrived at the stable and were given great instructions. I was nervous at first but soon relaxed. I really enjoyed it and was so glad I tried it. I definitely recommend this even if you've never been on or near a horse.
The experience itself was enjoyable - though be advised that they are not very hospitable. My friends and I were all beginners, and the patience levels were not very accommodating with that. The main reason for the poor review is that despite a friend having food poisoning the morning of and needing to cancel, they were not accommodating with giving a refund. Keep in mind that he was one of 5, so we still had 4 others there giving them business. We went out as a large group, so him not being there did not cost them any extra. At the venue, one of the reps there told me this wouldn’t be an issue and to go through Viator, which I did - only to get a note back saying the operator did not approve (with no explanation). This was a very disappointing outcome to an otherwise nice experience.

Regarding your comments about beginners, we welcome first-time riders on a daily basis, and many of our guests have never been on a horse before. Our guides are experienced in introducing beginners to horseback riding while ensuring both safety and enjoyment. The workers were very friendly. If you have never rode a horse, be prepared to be sore when you get off, it was a great experience.

This was a really great experience! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about horses. They helped out whenever it was needed and very patient and friendly. I would highly recommend this activity when visiting Aruba!
