Must see museum

Our guide was very knowledgeable. I learned more about art in 2 hrs than I ever had before. It was just my husband and me, so it was tailored just to us.

Cancelled and challenged to receive refund?

Guide called and cancelled while we were on our way to museum. Viator is still trying to reach tour guide to confirm refund. Will call CC company to dispute charge upon return unless we here from Viator.

Operator response

Hi William, the refund from my side has already been made. Unfortunately, there will be some technical delays in receiving it, but they are not within my control. As for the cancellation, it was not my decision as there was an unexpected strike by the Uffizi staff on the day of the booking, which caused difficulties for us as well. I'm sorry anyway.
